   I had an outstanding experience at the Skechers store in Lakeside. The team here—especially Matthew and Georgia—were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with a faulty pair of shoes, and their customer service was exceptional. Both Matthew and Georgia took the time to listen, understand the situation, and make sure I left completely satisfied. The whole staff team were welcoming and genuinely customer-focused, which made the experience so much easier and stress-free. Thank you to the Lakeside team for restoring my faith in great service—this is exactly how customer care should be done! Highly recommend this store.

   I visited the sketchers branch on Saturday the 8th November, was served by a gentleman who was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and ended up leaving with 2 pairs! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you sketchers lakeside!

   I visited Sketchers Lakeside today Sunday 9th November 2025. There were 4 members of staff standing by the till chatting! No one came forward to ask if we needed any help! I decided to try something on, asked a member! She brought the shoe box & put in on the floor in front of me! That was it. She left to continue her chat with colleagues! Again, another pair of shoes to be tried on! She did the same! Brought the shoe box, put it on the floor & off she went back! She didn’t even bother to open the box or help taking the shoe out of the box! It was so annoying! I love Sketchers but I don’t think I’ll ever go inside that shop again! Really poor service, lazy staff!

   Not the most welcoming retailer. Staff member was polite but not overly helpful. We were his only customers at the time so you'd presume he'd take the opportunity to make a sale, but we ended up purchasing the same shoes at sports direct.

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting to the sketcher lackside store, the supervisor and assistant manager at a local store are well , organised and I must say, she is truly exceptional. Not only is she an excellent organizer, but she is also very competent in her role. Her customer service skills are top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure that the needs of clients are met. She is efficient, detail-oriented, and has a knack for problem-solving. I believe she deserves all the recognition she can get for her hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled professional in her field.

   What has happened to the old bald manager? I used to go here often and the store looked amazing back then. Now well I might aswell go to TK max and the staff seem so sad.

   3 staff members on the shop front. No one approached me to help even though the shop was empty. Service was mediaocre, not much knowledge about their own products. However when I called over the young man who helped me he did bring some shoes over to try promptly and wasn't pushy on the sales. Overall would have thought the main store would offer a higher service quality.

   Went in to get shoes, staff were friendly and helpful and got me the right size I needed and in the style I wanted. However when trying to pay, all the staff were out back dealing with customers and no one was on the shop floor. When someone came out they grabbed something from behind the till and went back to the stock room. No "sorry to keep you waiting" or "someone will be right with you" In the end after waiting at the till like a lemon for even longer I just left the shoes there and left as they didn't deserve my cash
