I canβt think of anything good to say about our experience of going to this cinema last Sunday afternoon. The so-called comfortable armchair seats are in fact set at a very uncomfortable angle. We sat in the front row but had to be moved as the sound in these seatswas absolutely ear shattering . In fact, there is very loud middle of the road music playing very loudly in all parts of this building, including in the toilets. From the food menu, I chosea Caesar salad which was Pretty and edible , made entirely from supermarket products including packet sauce drenching the iceberg lettuce, the whole thing topped with the cheapest possible packetβ croutons. I had a glass of red wine, called a βlarge glass on the menu, which cost Β£10. The glass was indeed Large, with a single measure of very inferior red wine which quarter filled it. The entire ghastly mess including a Coke for my companion cost Β£30. Making a total cost of almost Β£80 for this very unpleasant afternoon.. Iβm not surprised the cinema was half empty despite having very few seats, and playing a very well reviewed film. I will never visit this place again.

The overall facilities are perfect, as far as Iβm aware all the seats are reclining and suuper comfortable. The recent screening experience has been completely upgraded. However the biggest consistent let down has been the ladies toilets. Every single time I have been there the sanitary bin was overflowing. The experience of going to the cinema is completely ruined when you cannot manage your periods hygienically and with dignity.

Iβm writing this in the hope that someone will find it helpful and that it may reach someone in a position to make meaningful changes, as unfortunately, my previous concerns seem to have gone unnoticed with customer service reps, or managers on the floor. My feedback isnβt based on a single unfortunate incident, but rather on a series of three disappointing experiences, none was even tried to be resolved, though Iβll focus on the most recent one, which ultimately led me to decide that it was my final visit to this cinema. Last Friday, upon entering the screening room, we were immediately overwhelmed by an unpleasant odor, a stifling mix of stale air and lingering food smells, reminiscent of a hot summer day with no ventilation. The air conditioning was not functioning. Still, we took our seats, hoping it might be turned on once the film started. Sadly, that wasnβt the case, I was silly & innocent to believe this would be the case. The room was nearly full, Friday the temperature was 32 degrees, and the lack of airflow made the environment genuinely unbearable. We had to leave shortly after the film began. It was suffocating, and frankly, allowing customers to sit in those conditions, borders on unacceptable. At that point, it didnβt just feel like poor management, lack of communication or anything like this, it felt cruel. They are just greedy and don't care! Of course they didn't mentioned it unless it was questioned, when questioned everyone was raising shoulders, can't do anything ....why not allow the customers to come on a different date, allow them to visit another cinema, give them some silly credit, a discount on a next visit, a complimentary cold drink ... anything Itβs disheartening that such basic standards of comfort and care arenβt being upheld. I share this not out of frustration alone, but in the hope that these issues will finally be taken seriously and addressed for the sake of future customers.

Very reasonable prices, decent condition and comfy seats, hoodlum levels were fairly good too. The space has a nice atmosphere with great lighting and big windows, bathroom is clean. Overall a good experience and it was very convenient to just flash my phone to get in. Will be back

In room 3 there were some ceiling orange lights that were on for the whole movie, which was pretty annoying although we then got used to it and the seats are unfortunately not comfortable at allβ¦ staff also came in once to look around for some reason, I read here it happens pretty often although Iβm unsure why. Not terrible but surely it wasnβt the best movie experience

The screen 5 was quite small but that was not the problem. As other have mentioned, the lights don't dimm enough. You end up watching a movie in relatively bright condition which does mean colours are faded not as crisp. The seats where quite comfortable though with a mirror layout on the left- and right-hand side with the stairs in the middle. The stairs take good chunk of the prime viewing area meaning you have to sit at the angle.

I love going to the cinema, I dreaded this one. We got a load of pop corn and stuff, The normal coke machine was out of syrup so we chose the coke zero one, only to taste it and be disgusting. I think it was a mix of coke, sprite and other stuff.l, probably the worst think I have ever paid for. The cinema room was dirty, seats sticky and the sound and layout was just awful. The worst experience in a cinema in my life.

The lights were too bright, even though staff came to check the screen twice it really ruined the movie experience having bright light shining on top of your head. The sound quality is also not great and too low, will not go back here if I want a good experience.

Slow service at the desk, not sure if machines accept ecodes. Screens are not aways clean and there is alot of distribution during the film with staff and security coming in constantly. They are very tight on their sauces when you buy nachos which usually means you run out before they even finish. Staff are usually friendly
