Amazing, friendly, and most importantly, they did my hair beautifully. It was my first time there, a little nervous, as I go on recommendation only, but had a lovely welcome from start. I have been back to them three times since, and still brilliant.

Well I have to say after trying so many hairdressers from Smethwick to Kings heath all getting my hair wrong, I have finally found one that not only knows what they are doing but gives such excellent service. The hair cutting was A1, the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, efficient and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend that you try them, I had a cut and blow dry which cost me £32 which I found reasonable for my peace of mind and sanity knowing that a good cut would be done.
Absolutely lovely, they are very experienced and very friendly! They get it right all the time! They took my daughters massive tangle out whereas other salons have said they can't help. We didn't even have an appointment but they saw us straight away and ready to help. They were sooo friendly with my daughter and me. They managed to take her tangles out, it took them time and patience but they did it, we have a happy 12 year old again. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!!
