   Falsely advertised a bundle discount on an Apple IPad and Apple pen that did not exist. Would not honour the discount advertised, eventually said if we pay full price for the products now then they would refund us the extra amount the week after.

   Huge shoutout to Adam at Currys! I had the best experience choosing a new coffee machine thanks to his incredible help. From the moment I walked in, Adam was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in understanding what I was looking for. He asked all the right questions about my coffee habits, budget, and what features mattered most to me, which made me feel completely supported and not rushed at all. Adam’s knowledge was seriously impressive — he explained the differences between models so clearly, breaking down all the technical bits in a way that actually made sense. He even gave me great tips on maintenance and how to get the most out of the machine I eventually chose. His patience and enthusiasm made the whole process fun and totally stress-free.    Has an issue with my pc purchased in august with updates, Ian in customer service walked me through the process even though he didn’t have too and showed me the correct method of keeping my updates healthy. He could have just not bothered but went the extra mile which means a lot these days. Will definitely be going back for future purchases. Keep up the excellent customer service and one to one experience.

   Visited this place yesterday and was disappointed. The iphone 17 collection had just been released and there was no staff in site near the phones. Waited for awhile and no one came towards us, eventually collared a member of staff and asked to see the phones, the staff brusquelly mentioned that the phones are not removable. How can someone order a phone for approximately £800 to 1100 without looking at it and trying it. I then went upstairs to look at the air fryer and no staff was upstairs and the model I wanted was not in stock. I went downstairs and thought I'd give the staff a second chance but then the young lady I talked to was equally rude. Ended up getting the phone from Costco, cheaper by a few pounds and the staff had that American style great customer service attitude, lastly what sealed the deal was that Costco allows you to buy it and return it within 90 days. Currys take your staff to Costco and learn some thing about excellent customer service!

   Went twice once for replacement fridge freezer. Good experience. Went to look at smaller TV range. Displayed very poorly not showing items which app said we're available.

   Went in to purchase a large item. Staff service very very poor. One member of staff sat at desk on a laptop and ignored us even though we stood within three feet of him. Then advise no stock but they could deliver for £30.00. When asked when stock would be available advised they didn't know so we should call in again to check.

   Went in fully expecting to buy a laptop and antivirus, Microsoft Office etc. Asked about 1 laptop after looking around the store, it was out of stock... So had another look the next one was out of stock. So I asked the assistant what was in stock he just said tell me which one you want and I will tell you if its in stock! After 2 more out of stock requests we left and bought the exact computer we had seen in Argos....... In short don't waste your time, buy on line or in Argos

   Do not under any circumstances buy there extended warrantys. I had a faulty dishwasher 4 months old. It took hours to get through to them, being cut off twice during that time. Even after getting a reference number for the repair, you still have to go through the whole 'what do you want ' options.

   Not the best visit. Needed some printer ink. They had a load of what I needed in the shop but apparently it wasn't supposed to be there, and staff couldn't find a price for it, so they couldn't sell it to me. Strangely I had to leave empty-handed despite them having what I wanted to buy.
