   Awful service. Ordered Dartmouth loafers to my home address - the stitching fell apart on the shoe within 8 hours of wearing. Contacting R&B to send a replacement out and they said I must pay money to post the shoes back before they do so, after already having paid for delivery to my home address. I then called the Richmond branch and asked if I came in with the shoes would they exchange them for me which they said yes. So taking an hour out of my work day and losing money to head to the Richmond branch, I was then told I need to buy the shoes again and wait 5 working days for a refund on the broken pair. Leaving me £500 down and money lost from delivery for the shoes and my work. The overweight lady with eczema on her hands in Richmond branch would not give me her name but seemed to find all the inconveniences they had caused me very funny. I would give 0 stars if I could!

   Unbelievable customer service. In addition to great quality shoes - the service is amazing too. I returned a pair of shoes that were bought in the sale as a present - but I had no receipt. Billy, the manager, refunded my card without any hesitation - what a pleasure to experience such 5 star service - thank you
