   Never returning! Being black is not a crime! I went in and spoke to one of the workers asked for a shoe in a specific size and colour I was told to wait. This man then went to a white woman to help her, went got the shoe she wanted, waited for her to try them on and then went to the till to assist whilst I am still waiting. I then went to 2 others in the store for assistance both looking at me like they don't know how to go and get a shoe as they have been doing for many other white customers at the time. After waiting 17 minutes and I went back to ask what is going on and pointed at the man that was meant to be helping me and he is going to tell me the shoe is not available. After 1, checking it on the machine to say it was in stock and 2, after I watched him not going to look for the shoe but lying to my face. Cannot ve trusted and I do not recommend!

   This store sells nice shoes however the service isn't great; I popped into store today to try on some shoes. Both the shoes I wanted to try they didn't have in my size; the service was also very cold. No smiles or warm welcome from the staff. I won't be visiting again

   Shambles of a shop. First two pairs, didn’t have the size. Then waited 10 minutes for 2 pairs they allegedly had in stock, but no shoes appeared so we walked out.

   I had a frustrating experience with the Kingston store regarding a shoe return. I was explicitly told I had 28 days to return the shoes for a store voucher, and I acted on this advice in good faith. However, when I tried to return them, I was denied the voucher due to a different interpretation of their policy. What made it worse was the unprofessional and aggressive behaviour of the staff in-store, especially in front of my family. Despite raising this with customer service, the issue was dismissed without a proper explanation or resolution. I feel let down by the lack of accountability and poor communication. I hope the company improves their staff training and customer support.

   Poor customer service. Plenty of staff yet nearly all are unprofessional and unhelpful. I had asked for the price of a pair of shoes that I was interested in, and was told the wrong price because the staff mistakenly mixed up with another similar pair of shoes. Well, that’s fine. Not something to be frustrated at as another staff came and informed me of the actual price that I wanted. I then informed a female staff, who were joking/chatting with another staff at that time, if I could get the shoes in my size. Afterwards, I was trying on the shoes and wanted a new pair as the pair I was originally trying on were of poor quality. I informed another staff of my request and he bought me a pair which weren’t the size that I had asked. Again, I told one of the staff if I could get another pair at the size that I wanted. They bought me the pair that I was trying on for the first time (the ones that were of poor quality as mentioned above). At this point, I didn’t even bothered to ask for another pair anymore and paid for the shoes. At the checkout, I could seemingly tell that the staffs were annoyed and they weren’t really respectful towards me although they weren’t openly rude either. Overall, terrible service despite the number of staffs there are. Wouldn’t shop here again.

   The store is a very well organised to begin with. The sections of the shoes and sandals and casual wear are nicely presented and there is considerable variety of quality options. The office has its own line of shoes also which are of great quality and I bought one pair for formal wear and the quality and manufacture of the product is excellent and I can say that with some credibility because I have many pairs of very good quality formal wear shoes. The staff is very helpful and kind. The store assistants are very efficient despite of it being very busy all the time. Over all I am very happy and I recommend it.

   Today around 11 am I tried to return these shoes to this store . And the saleswoman was staring at the soles for like 5 seconds and then had the audacity to tell me they'd been worn outside. I mean is she blind ? IF I could give 0 stars I would. Utterly useless customer service
