   Very disappointing customer experience with a staff member called Liz today. I bought an item 4 days ago and went back in today to exchange it. Initially, I was in a discussion with a polite and helpful person called Sarah. I mentioned that the gift was still in the bag but not the receipt. I explained that when I was served, the girl said she had put it in the bag. We were abrubtly interupted from the other side of the counter by liz. Her demeanour was aggressive and dismissive. I was told it is cyber Monday, and she's too busy to help me today. As she has 63 orders to do. Firstly, if she has so many orders to be doing, why is she interupting a conversation i was having with her colleague. Only to waste 10 minutes of both our time arguing with me (quite brazenly) in front of other customers. May I also add that nobody was too busy to help me on Thursday, when I spent my money in your store. I explained that i wasn't offered an email receipt. Otherwise, i would have taken this option. We had taken a special trip to deal with this in what is a busy time for everyone, not just liz. I am not surprised when reading the reviews, that her name appears on the poor service reviews. I would suggest some training be implemented on how to speak to your customers. I understand that there may be a guideline or procedure with a return item, but this does not excuse the way I was spoken to today. Liz, may I suggest a non customer facing role may be more suited to you in the future.

   The entertainer is filled from top to bottom with toys, from the moment you walk walk in. It's a kids dream shop and reminds me of toys r us when I was younger. They have a very large variety of items available and a mixture for all ages. It is a great show to look around, some items are very expensive, but you can also get a good deal with the sales. The shop is only very small so it would be hard to social distance from others, but the shop was quite empty when we went so this was not a worry. The staff were happy to help but all seems very busy around us.

   Good choice of toys for younger children could do with more for teenagers eg gaming skate boards and bikes as it was limited for teens . click and collect available helpful staff as it's in a shopping centre the store has no late opening so closes at 5.30pm otherwise I would have give it 5 stars.
