Super helpful, she went over and beyond tonight to help me find the store in Victoria when I realised the store on Jermyn street is just for men. Thanks to her I managed to get to Jones in Victoria on time , bought the most beautiful pair of mocassins and I’m ready for my exhibition tomorrow- OUTSTANDING customer service-I’ll bring my husband to your store next time :)

   Went in for a specific pair of boots which unfortunately they didnt have in stock in my size. The assistant I spoke with said she would check availability close by and said their branch in Holborn had them. Even rang them to make sure that was the case and asked them to put them to one side for me. Brilliant service! Went above and beyond.
