   The costumer service is very poor, came in to return a pair of trainers the man refused to do that for me, after reding the policy, I came into the store and someone else did that for me with no questions asked, to be more specific the man with a turban was being oblivious and rude, never again.

   been using footlocker for ages got a pair of tainers in december didnt fit. so used they ups returns. took to shop they scanned it in give them my mobile number and waited for tracking number never got it. i phoned ups they said contact footlocker get a copy of returns label. i messaged footlocker as you cant phone them and wasnt helpfull one bit they reckon they dont keep copies of returns label a massive company like footlocker. so now i am out of pocket for using there returns label . i wont be using them again as if you get a problem they dont want to help i would strongly recommed using some one else bye bye footlocker Order Number 31900441223210903967

   Very dissapointed with the services here. The staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They're too busy to attend to you and ask someone else to deal with your query. Theyre all having a laugh on shop front and what done it for me was the 2 staff workers behaving inapropriately in the stock room with the door open. Utterly poor staff.

   The store is big , modern , colourful , bright , vibrant , sporty , sleek , clean , tidy and hygienic which is good because you can trust them that they keep their store clean. The staff are friendly , responsive , efficient , attentive, helpful, professional , sociable , understanding , well mannered , respectful and always serve you with a smile which makes you want to go there more often to buy good quality clothing and shoes. The price is worth paying for because it is the best quality of sports clothing and shoes you can buy from Adidas to Nike which they have many selections from to choose that is really good. The t-shirt was originally £24.99 but with £10.00 discount it worth £14.99 but I would not mind paying £24.99 because it is well made t-shirt. I have been there and I had been treated very well. Go there because if you don’t then you will regret it until you go there.

   Staff are helpful, good customer service. Considerably smaller than westfield, but feels more personal the service. Frequently have offers on, bargains to be had. Security guard can make you feel uncomfortable.....but i guess theyve had issues in the store and everyone is a suspect!!
