“Went into Hotters at Kingston on Thames on Saturday 23rd November 2024 and was greeted by a really wonderful young lady called Imogen. I explained how I suffer with swollen feet and ankles and am unable to wear the many pairs of hotter shoes and boots I own. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in helping me. She was empathic, caring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This member of staff is an absolute credit to Hotters, the service and trouble she took was exemplary. She sold me 1 pair of boots and I also ordered another pair in black. My feet aren't cold, I'm comfortable and I had a very touching experience with an absolutely amazing member of staff.
