   Today (Sunday) I visited Sporting Feet with my mum, and honestly, this was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve been to a lot of shoe stores! The staff took the time to properly teach me about my gait and pronation, using advanced technology to analyse exactly how I walk and stand. They explained everything clearly and helped me find the perfect shoe — the right height, the right support, and exactly what my body needs. It made me think: why aren’t all shoes sold this way? This should be the standard everywhere. What really stood out was how kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable everyone was. Both Dylan and Alai , were particularly amazing — Dylan helped me make a decision when I was stuck between two shoes and even offered his honest insight on which would suit me best. The assistant manager Alai was also extremely knowledgeable offering practical input and clearly knew exactly what they were talking about. Everyone else too in the shop were so friendly and welcoming — it felt like a little family, and that warmth really made the experience enjoyable. I ended up going for the Cloud Runner shoe, waterproof version, and wow — it is so comfy! Every step feels supported, and knowing that it’s the right shoe for my gait and posture makes me feel like I’ve done something really good for my long-term health. Honestly, this felt like a form of self-care, taking time to choose a shoe that genuinely supports my knees, hips, and overall stance. The whole experience was quick, efficient, and incredibly well organised. Despite the full gait assessment and foot scanning, it actually took less time than a normal shoe shop visit because everything was so well structured, and they immediately pointed me in the right direction. It felt professional yet personal, which is such a rare combination. The staff weren’t just selling shoes — they genuinely cared about getting everything right for me, from my stance to my long-term comfort. They even offered all the technology and analysis for free, just to make sure I walked away with the correct shoe for my body. This is hands down the best way to sell shoes, and I truly believe it should be adopted by every footwear store. If you have any foot, knee, or posture issues — or even if you just want your next pair of shoes to actually support you properly, Sporting Feet is the place to go. I cannot recommend it enough. I will absolutely be coming back, and I think anyone looking for their next pair of shoes, whether for sports, running, or everyday wear, would have the same amazing experience I did. Exceptional service, incredible knowledge, genuine care, and a welcoming shop atmosphere — Sporting Feet is a true gem. Ps: Not only did I learn about my gait, stance and correct shoe size, I also learnt to not judge a shoe by its cover!

   Best Customer Service in the UK I went to Sporting Feet Richmond and received the best treatment and dedication I’ve ever had in the UK. Michael and the team were incredibly helpful and attentive, and I really appreciate the time they took to assist me. I’m extremely satisfied with my new trainers and insoles, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service.

   Walking around Richmond for the first time as an American tourist, I could tell my insoles were not up for the task of walking London later that day. I looked for a running store, and the folks inside were VERY pleasant and helpful! Even though I obviously would not be returning, living almost 4000 miles away, they treated me as if I was there every day. They scanned my feet, and suggested the perfect set of insoles for my shoes. I was very glad to come across the store!

   Excellent shop. I was looking for a pair of either hiking or trail running shoes to use on longer walks and they had an excellent selection of both. Had 1/2 sizes in the ones I was looking at also. Great service - didn't feel rushed at all. Best sport shoe shop think I have ever been in.

   Great running shop in Richmond. Very decent range of shoes and sizes - they must have a huge stockroom as the second time I went the whole shop floor was filled with that morning's delivery. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. They asked a lot of questions and answered mine. It is really important to keep shopping at stores like this as they are a great resource for the running community. They also have a loyalty scheme which is likely to keep me coming back when I next need more shoes.

   I visited the Richmond branch recently to buy a pair of running shoes. As a woman with size 3 feet and fussy about the colour aswell as comfort it was no mean feat! Michael was incredibly helpful, assessing my running style and gait. Inevitably the trainers I liked the most weren’t in the right colour so Michael took the time to search until he found the perfect pair! I’ve been buying my running shoes and children’s trainers from Sporting Feet for years now and am always delighted with the comfort and fit and how helpful the staff are.
