Great service. Needed some new trainers for the marathon. The staff were attentive, understood my running needs and found me trainers to match my running style.
First shop in years where I’ve been addressed as “Sir”, which was a very pleasant surprise. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Great stock of badminton equipment and accessories. Would highly recommend; they really know how to serve customers.
Purchased some new balance trainers recently and had lots of advice from the staff member. It makes a change to have help from staff in shops these days. Apologies didn’t catch his name but very helpful young man.
Great customer service. Drew really knows his stuff and is very patient with customers. If you want to make sure the kit is right for you, have questions etc. the staff will do what they can to support you and answer them. You'll pay the standard retail price, but worth it to know your getting the right kit.
Very friendly and welcoming staff who knew what they were talking about! Took time to understand exactly what you are looking for and gave great advice helping me make the decision. I think the manager is called Drew who looked after me and I couldn't recommend him enough.
