   The 2 Reception staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Within 2 weeks of being on the waiting list we was accepted as nhs patients. Then registered our children and booked their checkup for the same week. Checkup and treatment appointment was only 2 days apart! Overall really good however the wait to be seen was around 30 minutes. Highly recommend

   Had a check up today, spent more time waiting for receptionist to book me in, must have seen the dentist no more than a couple of minutes he mumbled things to the assistant then told me next check in 6 months, nothing about anything he had seen or found to me, felt like just a number, £23.80 to be precise. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish, looking for a new dentist now.

   Really disappointed with Hall & Purchase. My children have not been to the dentist since the pandemic started, understandably. However, I would expect to be able to make an appointment now, even if it was for early in the new year. I was told to call back in the new year as they had no appointments for check ups. It’s really not good enough for children’s dental health. We will not be returning to Hall and Purchase Dental.

   Absolutely vile dentist, needed 2 teeth taking out following a course of antibiotics for an abscess in my facial cavity, got my appointment time mixed up and arrived a little late, to be turned away at the reception and told to find another dentist. Where is the care and compassion here. I even offered to pay the fees for the missed appointment This man has always been ignorant and arrogant towards myself and my children.
