   What can I say other than the entire practice is outstanding from the receptionists to the dentists. Everybody is positive and helpful and they always go that extra mile to make sure you're getting the best treatment.

   Massive thank you to all the staff at Firth Park Dental...After years of putting off visiting a dentist I decided to pluck up the courage to seek out help....So glad I did the experience from start to finish was exceptional, Adrian my dentist put me at my ease very quickly and explained what was needed to be done.3 weeks later I was able to be a very proud father of the bride and can be seen proudly displaying smiling on all the wedding photographs.

   First visit today, friendly staff. Had two lovely ladies who made me feel at ease and answered any questions that I had. Was also seen quicky, the ladies on reception duty seemed lovely too (both on the phone and in the surgery).

   Amazing dental clinic, staff are very friendly and informative and the dentist Adrian is absolute incredibly. I'm an anxious patient and had to have a lot of work done but he made me feel so at ease and really looked after me.

   Doesn't deserve a star, I just recently opened a file and they've just close my file for a silly reason.Why? Because I didn't show up for my appointment without informing them. What is odd is that they booked me for an appointment that is 4 months later, and surprisingly received the next week a letter notifying me that we have cancelled your appointment "due to unforeseen circumstances" and I gently accepted their apologies, so they've booked me for another one. When I couldn't come for my postponed appointment, they just closed my file with no discussion. One of the staff her name is Chloe, is honestly duplictious; at first she was all smile when I opened a file in their clinic and then she turned aggressive when I tried to tell her that I didn't know about the consequences of not coming without informing you. What I am trying to say is that, if they have canceled your appointment, for them is just not a big deal, however if the patient didn't show up for his/her appointment it's more like the end of the world. If this is way how they treat an "untreated" patient, then I would just to google a more "friendly" and "manageable" clinic.

   The new dentist is amazing. He's very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. The dental nurses and reception staff are lovely too. I have never had an issue trying to get an appointment. They are very accommodating. They have started sending text reminders the day before your appointment which i think is a great idea. I was close to leaving this practice when the old dentist was there but so glad I didn't. I would highly recommend this practice.

   I've been going here for 15 years now and the past few years the service has gone downhill dramatically. Shocking service, treatments not carried out when paid for and at one point I had a dentist who was more bothered about rushing off work early than doing a filling correctly. Thankfully we have left the practice and have a new caring dentist who is actually capable of doing their job!
