Lovely nail salon. I’ve been here twice now once for gel full set & then to have them removed and have biab in my own nails. Still a while till they are a decent length but I’m very happy with the service provided. Didnt catch the name of the girl that did them but she was very lovely & she is talented. They are all really nice here, I’m usually an anxious person but I feel very relaxed coming here they’re all happy & chatty which makes me at ease. Thank you once again and can’t wait to come back for another fresh set x
I recently moved locally and upon trying to find somewhere to get my upper lip wax I came across here and I'm so glad I did! The lady who does the waxing is so incredibly lovely, so gentle, very friendly and I get my upper lip waxed weekly here and eyebrows about once a month and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for the lovely and wonderful service!
I loved my nails they were so nice and the lady Christina was so lovely I am a shaker and can’t keep still whatsoever my feet and hands have a mind of my own, Christina was patient and didn’t moan once about that, I was so shocked every other salon I’ve been to gets quite agitated by my shaking, but she made me feel very comfortable and listened to everything I asked for so I can’t thank her enough. If your looking to go here definitely book in with her!!
AVOID! Pedi cure is not so "luxury" they left dead skin on my feet and when i spoke to the manager about it she flipped to defensive mode instead of offering a solution. The person who performed the treatment continuously talked throughout the whole procedure so it was not relaxing at all. I felt like i was her therapist! The skin on my inner right ankle has been scraped off by her that has now become infected with the need for antibiotic medicine. Don't waste your money here
I called the salon first thing in the morning to see if they had an appointment for pedicure and gel nails. I was told to come straight in and park at the front which is very convenient. I had a pedicure with massage which was ok apart from you having to sit at the front of the shop where everyone can see. The lady didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut on my toes and commenced to cut really short making the overall end result not what I wanted (oh well I should have said) Next I went over to have my finger nails done with gel polish. I told the lady I couldn’t have my nails to long or a vibrant colour due to work. She recommended Gel as it’s better for my nails than shellac. As she was putting on the gel they looked very thick but I thought she will file down and she new what she was doing. Wrong again, she then went on to say the nude colour I wanted doesn’t look good on shorter nails. And I should go for a darker shade. Not listening to what I had said about my work and vibrant colour. After a lot of debate I decided to go for a pinky colour with slight glitter. They looked awful and very bulky and had ditches in some nails. Highlighted this to the technician and she again said it’s cause my nails are short and they will look better when I return for an infill. I definitely won’t be going back as she didn’t listen to me from the start. I’m not sure the shorter more natural look is what they do. Really disappointed with the customer service and pushy sales. If you want long extravagant nails this is place but if your looking for a more natural look please go elsewhere. Also the shop is very cluttered and definitely not a relaxing experience.
I called ahead of time and booked myself an appointment to have the older nails removed and get back to new and improved. The business is held by a mother and daughter combo and they are very pleasant to have fondling your finger tips. They understand trends and I had a gorjus pink glitter ombre gel affect done by the nail tech, with good communication I got the nails I wanted not the type of the nails that the tech thought looked good. If you didn't like the place it's more than likely you where having a bad day. Defo book an appointment and get down there.
