I am a loyal customer at VStarNails, where my sister and I are regulars. During our recent visit, my youngest sister wanted to get hers done and it was her first time going to a salon and due to miscommunication her part she ended up with nails she disliked. Despite me and my other sister confirming our satisfaction before departure, my little sister expressed her unhappiness after we had left. Upon calling, the gentleman arranged for a next-day fix. My sister is now pleased with her nails, and I extend my gratitude to VStarNails for their superb customer service and apologise for any inconvenience. THANK YOU!!!!
Best nails I have had, Would recommend the guy dealt with my anxiety and shaky hands very well, was concerned as short nails but they were very professional and kept checking back for any mistakes, absolutely love them thankyou for being patient with me From Megan x

Amazing service, staff is very friendly and sweet! they offer you tea, coffee & water which not many salons do, they always ask if everything is the way you want it and happily make changes till your happy! my new fave go to salon, i will be back soon! I LOVE MY NAILS!!!
Today was the first time i have been to a nail salon, i was very happy with my nails . I was seen on time and they made sure i was happy with my nails before i left. Will definitely be back. Thankyou!!

Very Nice clean place however wouldn’t recommend Shellac on natural nails here I will be going elsewhere. Can’t comment on other things and they have good reviews. Was seen on time which I was happy about. Can’t fault the booking system or anything like that. I had to point out nails weren’t cured and the polish was actually coming off. Top coat applied in rush and can see spots. Saw this the day after. Had them done 4 days ago. Disappointed. One nail already chipped polish. Corners not filed enough, catching on skin. Obviously this was not evident at the time. They state to check when u leave that you’re happy. Initially I was. Then realised coats applied are so thin my nails are actually bending uncomfortably. I will going back to where I had them done last time in Moseley which was also cheaper and lasted weeks. I’m annoyed as it’s been a waste of money as I’ll have to cut them instead of letting them grow out. Really wanted this place to be good but for shellac it hasn’t delivered unfortunately.

I have been coming to Vstar nails for absolutely years and loved the place. The last two visits have been really disappointing and I’ve come away quite upset with the shape of my nails! A lady today also had hers done and she was disappointed too! Eventually this lady complained and they swapped the nail artist I had with the same man that then did a poor job of my nails! I have been left with two thumbs that are square and not round and even my husband noticed, which shows it’s not just me! I have loved coming here for years and years and never had a problem! I accept that you are currently short staff but the gentleman needs to learn how to shape nails to stop others from being disappointed.
