   This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. Located just off Security entrance in terminal 5 one level Above flight departure gates Accessible restrooms in central airport area

   The employee was so rude! When I asked her about the price, she seemed annoyed. Then she shoved all my items into one heavy bag. I politely asked if she could give me another bag to separate them — and she just handed it to me to do it myself! Excuse me?! Should I make you a cup of tea while I’m at it? What kind of customer service is this?

   I’m not sure if this is the specific harrods. But I recently visited the one with many Ralph Lauren items including the Boss section at the back on Thursday 10th evening. Staff were rude and disrespectful considering items were purchased. She had murmured that someone was in the changing room and through innocence someone didn’t hear and opened the door slightly before she would start taking more offence than the person inside! And then another woman came and just acted very rudely though the purchasing process. I do hope that someone with more power will sort this out in order to make shopping there a better experience. Terrible staff.

   To the company management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this branch. The staff were not polite, and despite purchasing several items, the employee refused to give me extra bags in an unfriendly manner. I hope that necessary actions will be taken to improve the service in the future. Thank you.

   I’ve bought two bags, but only one lady at the till sort of helped but other members of Harrods ignored. I would rather shop from other shops, because I paid full price anyways. It seems like this airport branch is well overpriced than in-store.

   A bunch of rude people are running the store, they simply don’t care about the customers and they choose people to serve. Nowhere near Harrods standard, one star is for products they are selling.

   Hadn’t been to Harrods for a few years and always had a great experience but things have changed and not for the better! It was my wife’s birthday so wanted to look at the Chanel CC earrings but they now have a check in system and then you will receive a text when the next assistant is available. So received my text then waited over 30 minutes with our face masks and the store was warm, and still waiting. Also there were customers with no masks on and thought this was a high end store but nothing was said. So overall a terrible shopping experience and won’t be going back anytime soon.

   Absolutely dreadful experience. Went to purchase my Christmas bear but only one till open even though four staff hanging around doing nothing! And the second till was far away enough to comply with social distancing Then the card machine broke so I was stood there for fifteen minutes. Still nobody opened another till but kindly informed me only one till was open! Like I hadn’t noticed! Ended up putting the bear back and leaving. Lost sale from me and very unhappy!!
