At Macallan Experiance in Heathrow Airport last Week (05.2025) So generous / did share a good solid Macallan 30 years old COLOR EDITION with deep tast and a lighter MACALLAN 21 color Edition with us. Enjoyed the stay there and were impesed of the deep knowledge about the Whiskys and history of the Macallan Distillery. Thank You so much.

The Time and Space Mastery Collection and other limited editions were showcased beautifully, making it a whisky connoisseur’s dream come true. If there was a minus 5 stars based in how I was treated on 14th Feb 24 at 10.32 am Heathrow Terminal 5. Feel free to check your CCTV. I am currently expecting and thought I'd have a look at products as I was considering buying a bottle for my husband. I started off by asking to sit down for 2 mins as chairs were empty and I was in alot of pain from walking. I was then met with a very sharp no which I actually thought was a joke and I was laughing. As I thought they'd NEVER treat a potential customer like this. The gentleman who appeared to be of Asian or Arabic decent with a bob hairstyle smart jacket then told me to go down the escalators and sit there with a cold facial expression. He did not even consider the fact that I might want to look at some of the products while I sat down. It wasn't so much that he refused for me to sit down but how he said it. He treated me like I was some kind of second class citizen. I am extremely disappointed and will never set foot in there again! The staff at this boutique, particularly that gentleman need to be retrained. He was SO RUDE! I was disgusted!

This boutique is very well laid out, high quality of staff knowledge and customer service. The position is just left of the security checks on the top floor. This is all about Whisky. Good whisky. And worth passing by before flying.
