   Had the best experience, went in with an idea of what I wanted and the team helped me find exactly that! Priya , Bineet , Shivani & Shanay were all so welcoming and sweet, and their styling knowledge and the atmosphere created was exactly what you need for a bridal appointment. Can’t believe I’m one and done, in less than 2 hours at my first appointment, found outfits for both my nikaah & walima. Thank you so much ladies!!

   Loved the experience my family (mum, sister and daughter) had trying to find outfits for a wedding. Ash was amazing and really helpful with great advice. She has a real understanding of what works and holds a wide choice. The boutique is absolutely beautiful and makes it a joy to shop. Thank you Ash and team for a great experience.

   I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Chaotic, unprofessional, and zero accountability. I’ve been trying to collect my outfit since last Sunday but was told they were “too busy” with fittings. When I finally got there, it needed alterations — yet there’s no on-site tailor. I was sent to an external tailor (over an hour away) only to find the wrong address, no answer at the door, and the store admitting they’d sent me to the wrong person. The manager even asked if I had a tailor I could use and has since been ping-ponging me on WhatsApp with no resolution. My outfit is still not fixed, my brother’s wedding is approaching, and their excuse is simply “busy season”. This experience has been stressful and exhausting. There was absolutely no consideration for my time — I even took a day off work to sort this out, only to be sent on a wild goose chase. Now I have to keep wasting more of my time trying to fix a problem that was entirely of their making.

   I travelled from the midlands to get my wedding reception outfit from Estie, the Indian designer made my outfit perfect and the tailor in Leicester I was provided with was amazing. However, I was disappointed by the customer service at Estie. When I booked my appointment I turned up 10 mins earlier and I was told to wait outside which was fine, I was then called in and the appointment before mine was still in the showroom. I knew exactly which outfit I wanted and I tried it on, however I had to wait for around 45 mins to be measured and finalise the outfit as the sales assistant was still dealing with the appointment before mine. When I went to pick up the outfit I was taken to a room which looked like a “storeroom” to try on my outfit. Overall the amount of money I spent here, I expected a better customer service.

   I had a great experience with Estie and their customer service is fantastic! After I had issues with an outfit I got from Mumbai a week before my sister’s wedding, I went to Estie and Amir was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. They have incredible outfits in store and I would definitely buy from them again!

   By far the best Indian boutique in England. I got married at the start of July 2022 and was trying to avoid travelling to India for outfits and get it all done here. I went to all of the stores that carry the better designers and ended up ordering a custom Seema Gujral lengha for my sangeet, a couple of ridhi mehra saris for myself, all of my families outfits (total of around 10 outfits) for men and women. Everything came in time, compared to other stores, when one outfit was a little big they arranged to send it back to the designer Gaurav Gupta free of charge and sorted it really quickly. Not only was I really impressed with the service but even when a belt was made a bit too small, Amir arranged for the designer to remake it in 2 weeks and brought it by hand to my wedding venue on the day of my reception so I could wear it the following day for my Vidai. I have never experienced service like this in any shop before and I can’t rave enough about how much they did for me especially at a time when stress levels were already so high. Amir particularly went above and beyond repeatedly for all of us and has eye for fashion and style is incredible especially coming from someone super picky. I will definitely be buying more from them in the near future!

   A truly tailored experience! After trying on bridal outfits in some of the shops in Southall, I felt defeated. I am a plus size girl (UK Size 14/16) and I left Southall upset that I would not find a bridal lehenga to wear to our long awaited (due to covid) wedding. However we booked an appointment with Estie Couture after searching for bridal shops near where we lived and it was one of the best decisions we made! We met with Amir and Veena who were so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! We left that day having decided on our wedding outfits! My fiance's outfit is pink; a colour he would never have dreamt of wearing if he had not been advised and encouraged to try it on and he loves the outfit! The outfits are made to measure so we eagerly awaited there arrival! Today we went for the fitting and my lehenga choli fitted like a dream! What a different experience to a couple of months ago in Southall! I even chose jewellery as Estie Couture had some bridal sets (choker, earrings and tikka). This was a bonus as I was able to try the jewellery on while wearing my bridal outfit, so I got a true feel of the final look. My fiance's sherwani is stunning, he needs a small alteration on the sleeves as they are a tiny bit tight (he needs movement for that "changing the lightbulb" dance move hehe) but Estie had this covered! They provided the name of a tailor who will make the alterations at no additional charge. Honestly, we cannot thank Team Estie enough! I came to them feeling defeated and I left them excited to wear my bridal lehenga! My fiance came feeling unsure of what to wear and left with a sherwani he loves! Special thanks to Amir & Veena, they are real assets to the team! xoxoxo

   A fantastic experience at Estie Couture! Veena assisted me with my bridal outfit and I absolutely love it and cannot wait to wear it this Summer! The store is beautiful, with a wonderful collection ranging from known names but also unknown upcoming young Indian designers. I really loved this as they had so many different pieces ranging for different budgets which is so accommodating for everyone. Veena was so lovely and really made our visits so enjoyable. She understood what I was looking for and also gave her thoughts on what might suit best. I also needed some assistance with colour matches for my other wedding outfits and Veena was so kind enough to help me with that too! She was very responsive and always willing to help me, which is very much appreciated :) Overall a really lovely experience at Estie!

   Had the best experience shopping at Estie for my wedding outfits! They have a really wonderful collection of outfits. I ended up purchasing a beautiful plum coloured Sawan Gandhi outfit for my wedding reception. I never expected to like the colour but the Estie team suggested it and it just worked! I even ended up picking up the jewellery there to complete the look. The whole team was great - but in particular Veena was so so excellent and helpful - such an amazing stylist with an incredible instinct for what works and what doesn’t. They were all incredibly friendly and the service was top notch, the whole process was incredibly stress free. Can’t recommend them enough!

   I would recommend Estie Couture to anyone looking for a bridal or Indian outfit for any event. The designers, outfits and jewellery they stock are stunning and there’s something for everyone. Every visit to Estie has been amazing and the staff are so welcoming. Veena was amazing at helping us throughout the whole process and we found exactly what we were looking for. Every appointment was a one to one experience and we couldn’t be happier with our bespoke outfits. I will absolutely be coming back to Estie for any future events!
