   Watch their returns policy. I had a shirt as a gift branded Trespass and not used, no receipt but was met with a rude member of staff who made me feel very uncomfortable. Won't be returning and certainly won't be spending my money there. Next are far more pleasant and we'll trained, and while I accept I had no receipt and dont need to be made to feel like a criminal.

   Whenever I go in there's a man on his phone who completely ignores all the customers. Today he was there again but with another store assistant Rimjhin and she was so lovely. So happy to help me with everything I needed and a very friendly face. Made the experience for me. I like trespass stores but unfortunately the gentleman who is usually working there is rude and dismissive.

   I had a very good experience at the Walton store. I had bought some fleece zip tops that were the wrong size, but I didn’t get around to returning them for several months. The return was out of policy, but I had my receipt and the clerk let me exchange them for the right size. I don’t think they normally do this, but I was very happy they did. I bought a T-shirt I wasn’t planning on purchasing before I left as I was extremely happy with the service.

   Why i need to give even one star to this poor company, promotion on Amazon and ebay from midnight, we spent an hour to browse and place order. And it just Cancelled all my order without any reason. Not only here, you successfully to created many detractors and i promised will keep sharing this for everyone one.

   One shop assistant across 2 shop floors is not enough, yes you don't feel pressured to buy but no assistant when you need them, as they may be serving someone else elsewhere. Poor assistant, I appreciate that is not his fault

   We have had nothing but terrible experiences at this store. The store staff seem to be powerless against the inadequate processes that are in place, with the management they phone not being any more useful. They do not honour discounted prices displayed in store. They do not offer returns in store. I will not be shopping here again.

   I work as a freelance personal trainer and have been really impressed with the quality of the outdoor clothing range at Trespass Walton. The DLX range is excellent and I need warm and waterproof gear training in outdoor locations. I also purchased a rucksack recently to carry equipment and it fits the bill perfectly. The manager Don Campbell is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and is the go to guy for any questions you may have. Great service, great staff and great prices too! 5 Stars.
