   I previously got my nails done at a shop down the road called uk nails-they were okay but not great. I realised my nails from the other shop were wonky and the colour was thin and see through in parts so i decided to come here to get a new set. The vibe was amazing and everyone was so nice and very friendly! The nail tech gave me time to go outside and vape, take my medication (they gave me water to take my pills), and they even let me use the toilet. She was so gentle on my cuticles which meant I had no cuts or pain for the first time ever. She asked me if i was happy with them at every step (shaping, painting and shortening) which is very thoughtful and much appreciated. As for the nails they turned out amazing and honestly i think they are the best set I’ve ever had. They aren’t thick with acrylic and are actually flat instead of curved downwards towards the end like other sets I've had. My cuticles look amazing and neat and i have no polish on or around my nail bed. I forgot my umbrella and they sent me a text telling me and have said they will hold it for me so I can come back another day instead of having to go back today. I highly recommend this place and i will be back soon!

   I’ve been traveling from Surrey to Birmingham since moving out, especially to get my nails done, and whatever I ask for is never too much. I’ve built a great rapport with Linh over the years, and I always leave the salon completely happy with my nails. Thank you, Linh and Julie! ❤️

   The first time I visited the salon Linh is amazing she did a fantastic job on my nails as it was the day before my 50th Birthday. Today I went back 8 weeks later to have them redone and they were still as good as the day she did the him. I am hoping to get them redone ready for Christmas

   I just had my first gel manicure at the Nail Village with Linh. I am very happy with my nails and the experience of having the old gels removed and the new set done. Linh is friendly, efficient and extremely competent. The nails are a nice even shape and smooth. I will definitely be returning.

   Used to visit the Nail village some years ago and my nails were done really well by the owner. Visited in April 2022, there was a new nail tech there and overall I was not impressed with how she did my nails. She did not do the shape I asked for and the nails looked messy and bumpy. The pictures don’t show the bumpiness but you could see it wasn’t smooth in person

   First time getting my nails done here and definitely wont be my last. The whole experience was amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I had a specific design and length I wanted for my nails and they executed this down to a t! Absolutely in love with my new nails, will definitely be coming back!
