Drove my mum one hour away for a booked appointment at 12pm admittedly she was 4 minutes late she still had a client in the chair who she was finishing off refused to do infills and was extremely rude and disrespectful avoid at all costs
So I came to the shop on Saturday, I requested a floral design. I left the shop extremely disappointed, I asked for an almond shape and some of the nails ended up pointy. The design looked like blobs the flowers didn’t look like flowers at all and looked like a toddler had painted them. The service itself was very rough, and the red looked faded before I’d even left the shop. I am disappointed in myself for not saying anything when I was in the shop and paying for such a disaster of a set of nails. When I did say the red looked a little faded the woman said that it was supposed to look like this because she had filed the polish down. I would not recommend as I have had to go to a different shop and get them redone which has left me out of pocket.
Having come here many times I'm so disappointed at the service and lack of simple customer courtesy at this establishment. I left with nail polish on my fingers and woefully done designs which I had to pay for. They are simply blobs, when I asked for a daisy flower. When I asked how I can be left with nail polish in the wrong places, especially if I were going to an event from the nail salon, I was told that the mess is because my nails are short and I should wash multiple times and it'll all come off. I don't accept that because I always have short nails and I don't leave with nail polish marks! I am mad at myself for actually paying. If you're an old customer you'll probably keep going but if you're new... advise yourself. The nails themselves and painting are usually very well done (I'm appalled at the state my nails are this time, to be honest) so you won't have complaints there. If you want more, go elsewhere.

I was recommended to Nail Tech February 2022... Great professional service... Attention to detail when cleaning and removing old acrylic this reduces damage to your natural nail tissue. Nail Tech's way of sealing the acrylic means I rarely experience deterioration of the bonding which may cause lifting & water penetration.. the only time I need to visit is due to natural nail growth so infills. I would definitely recommend Nail Tech..great prices too.. They are my number one nail salon.
Usually when I come to nail techs my nails have been extremely good. However, I got my nails done on Friday morning, one had snapped an hour later didn’t hurt or anything. It’s now Tuesday and 5 of my nails have snapped of due to the lack of acrylic they applied to which I paid for £20 whole set of acrylic nails. The man who did my nails I don’t know if he was training as it was just as they opened at 10 in the morning but I am not going to be coming back and I’m very upset that I’ve had my nails done and this is what’s happened, as my nails normally last up to 3 weeks or more mostly. Really wouldn’t recommend.
The shop was empty when I walked in. I was greeted by looks of concussion then ushered to a seat. The lady started to soak off my nails but then an appointment turned and she moved me to the next desk. The appointment was having the same treatment as myself - soak off and new set, she had completed this ladies nails with in 45 mins and they was out the door I had only just had my nails taken off because the man was too busy wanting to watch Saturday morning on the tv. When I asked why is it taking so long they said because my gel was thick but I had 4 weeks of regrowth and she cut most of it before it went to soak. The thing hated the most was the fact they then whispered in their language buy what they didn't realise I had Google translate on my phone which I left on the table and some of the words like bėn nehoil. Rude and you don't deserve my money.
Nail extensions was done perfectly, although at one time a little rough with nail file. Very pleased with result, I was seen straightaway. Although a bit m1ore conversation would have been good especially when sitting there for so long.
