   Been coming to this nail shop for years but the last few times have been the worse , sorry I won’t be going there again . It needs complete new staff apart from the pedicure woman she’s lovely

   I get my nails done at this Nail Salon and I am never disappointed with the service. I sometimes turn up without making an appointment and I am accommodated. Prices are in line and sometimes less than other places depending on the required service. I take pictures of the nail art I want and that is exactly what I leave with. Thanks Nails4U.

   Absolutely shocking service, I have never written a review in my life but had to share my experience. I have been growing my nails with BIAB and wanted a removal and fresh set of gels. I walked in after 6pm to ask what time they close, to be completely ignored and then a minute later told to sit on a chair. An older lady started filing my nails down to under my finger length whilst also removing a top layer of my nails, leaving my nails brittle, uneven and feeling very painful. I genuinely don’t believe she had any experience in nails. She then got up and started cleaning, leaving me there waiting. A minute later I then get shouted at “sit here” by a young boy who clearly was not happy he had to work late - I was made to feel like an inconvenience even though there were two other customers in the shop at this point. At the end he stated the price was £45 and walked away, a lady then had to come in and apologise as he was apparently making a joke and it was actually £20. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, staff rude and honestly I was relieved when it was over. I am not surprised that there are so many bad reviews.

   My nails are BLEEDING! They cut my toenails and feels so sore I can’t wear my shoes. Got my nails done as a treat for date night but it was the worst mistake ever. I even told them they were being too rough with my feet but the lady didn’t listen or care. I’m so disappointed and sad with them. NEVER AGAIN

   Awful customer service! First I had been told by staff at the shop that they had free parking in the car park behind, in specific bays which I had parked in. This was not true! I then got a parking ticket and when I went back to them for help, for example even a receipt of my transaction with them they were unresponsive and very careless. They refused to give me a receipt but knew they had done my nails, as I still had the same polish on. They then said that they needed to speak to the landlord but would not give me any contact details and didn't take my contact details. I also needed to have the gel nails taken off, so got this and only this done...they charged me £8. No gesture of good will or feeling bad, zero empathy. I was nothing but polite to them but they found it funny to make jokes. For example she said better to pay £1 parking around the corner rather than £100 fine. If I knew I needed to pay, I would have been happy to but the fact they told me I didn't need to I trusted them. Also they only deal in cash which is bizzare and apparently offer no receipts. Designs are basic and sometimes quite messy but I went to them because they were convenient. Clearly a mistake, would highly not recommend.

   Been here a few times, had acrylic nails done, seemed fine. Sometimes made to feel rushed and that requests are too much hassle! Went a week before Christmas 2021 and within a few days 3 nails fell off, called them asking for either repair or refund. They said they don’t give refunds only repair within the first 2 weeks. So went along (lady took the 3 nails from me and started trying to sand down the inside, like she wanted to just super glue it back on, I would not have allowed that to happen). She did Re do the 3 nails. Looked ok. But only for another 4 to fall off within the last few days. Will not be going again and suggest no one else does either. What is up with no card payment machine, why do they only allow cash or bank transfer! Dodgy!!
