   It was a beautiful shop which I was very excited to visit. Did not disappoint. The worker there was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for even though they were starting to close for the day. Will definitely be back.

   I was treated sooo well in this shop. And their selection of clothes is fantastic. Basically I know nothing about goth/steampunk-etc wear, I'm just a musician who landed a big show playing for 60,000 metalheads and I had to find an outfit for the occasion. The woman who worked at the shop was super nice, helpful and basically let me try on half the shop until I found *the* dress. They have so many beautiful garments that look and feel amazing so the whole experience was basically a confidence boost as well. I felt and looked great - production loved it so much it's now been adopted by the team to be part of my touring wardrobe for this show. Thank you so much!!!    I ordered the Alice Rose Coat on September 19, 2022 with my order number #1558. The coat looks absolutely stunning, however since I got it not only have all the seams been ripping open but also the zipper simply does not work. Every time I zip it up, it unzips from the middle so I can only keep the coat closed if I use the buttons. I am really disappointed about the fact that this is a new coat with a well known brand and yet it has just been falling apart from the beginning. For $250 CAD I was expecting a lot better quality.

   Horrible experience, the manager should be banned from working with the public as well as her husband, the owner of the store, who partially constrained my 9-year-old daughter thinking that she was going to steal a corset and she was holding it to prove it, my daughter cried embarrassed because the still rude lady took it from my hand without the slightest education without the slightest treatment with the customer, horrible, embarrassing, they learned to treat the customer and have respect for people, empathy and politeness is never too much. Only the Brazilian girl staff is good with customer thank you .

   My friend and I had such an unpleasant experience involving this store. We were falsely accused of stealing which led to being attacked by a man over accidentally taking his wives shopping bag which looked identical to my friend’s. When being made to return to the store by the man the sales people (both female) were nothing but unsupportive and ignorant and not ready to hear us out and intervening. The most shocking part for me is that after the man started getting aggressive towards an elderly women who tried to stand up for us he just tossed her against the wall and all the sales person cared about was the merchandise rather than the well-being of the people that were being attacked while the other sales person was just standing there not bothered to do anything although my friend, I and the women were being treated unfairly and made feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Just unbelievable and still in shock…

   During my stay in London I came across this store, and the moment I stepped in I fell in love with it. The lady that I suppose is running the shop is an absolute sweetheart. She was incredibly kind and very helpful. Honestly, this place makes me want to come back to London soon, just to visit here again.
