She see her clients as individuals rather offer off the shelf advice which is really refreshing. She wasn’t pushy with selling alternatives. She used an alternative product to bleach when colouring my hair as my hair is thin. I had such a lovely time, was so impressed with her professionalism and her quality of work, definitely recommend! I was given the time to discuss my tattoo, swapped ideas and measurements taken etc. Then within a week later, I was booked in. Cristian the tattoo artist, took the time to show me awesome ideas for my tattoo. These designs were much better than I could of thought of! He made sure it was all the right size and completely happy with all the intricate details, breaking down each bits of my tattoo. During the process he was checking I was okay as well as worked a lot of detail in a timely manner, but no means rushed. The end result is incredible, highly detailed, unique, personal and far better than I imagined! I’ll definitely be returning and having more tattoos by him. Highly recommended!”

“My daughter had her ear lobes pierced today and the staff here made her feel so special. When we arrived Rose explained the process really well in a non-scary way, she was really friendly and so easy to chat to. Amy pierced my daughter’s ears and she was clam, patient and just lovely. We received lots of advice on cleaning the piercings and when we left my daughter was given a bravery certificate and stickers. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!”
