   Such lovely and genuine people working here. They’re really good listeners and genuinely create such a warm and welcoming environment and ambience. I was seen immediately by Omar who’s so patient annd polite, and made the whole experience a pleasure to be here. Glad to have found a new regular hairdressers, I’ll absolutely be back and asking for him. He did a great job with showing me my options and checking in regularly that I was happy with the progress of the cut.

   Metaxia, was very good! And with over 17 years experience I was confident I was in the hands of a professional! Metaxia was very thorough and gave me advice for the after care of my waxing treatment letting me know the importance of waiting 2hrs before showering. I will be back for further treatments for sure!    Ruined my face with the microneedling treatment and gave me what looks like rebound hyperpigmentation. My experience at the salon was unpleasant. I felt as if I was overcompensating with the therapists lack of communication, but regardless of my efforts it was still an uncomfortable environment. I was made to sign a form, on reading through it, I was agreeing that the the therapist had explained xyz, however that was not the case. No pre or post procedure was explained (except to not steam/wet my face for 24 hrs) and I went in blind sighted. On entering the room, she was cold and was not willing to converse. After 5 minutes of silence, I decided to introduce myself and ask her name ect but she barely responded.When you’re trusting your skin with someone this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Like I said I didn’t want to mention this before, but now that my skin barrier is compromised and I look worse than I came in, I feel compelled to bring this up. Another issue for me was that the procedure was not explained to me before or during treatment. I assumed that my face would be numbed as it’s standard, however this was only made apparent when my she started needling and I asked if I was being number on not- another confusion that could have been avoided with decent communication. And again, I think that a poor job was done on my face, no care or thought was taken. This was noticeable to me when on one side of my face was needled over the same spot over and over again, whereas the other side was barely brushed over. My face is in an awful condition and I’m completely distressed. It doesn’t seem to be getting better. I was extremely unhappy with the service- moreover the results speak for themselves. p.s. The salon has been in touch, but from the pictures I sent they are unable to come to an assessment as they are unclear. I’ve asked for a refund and they have invited me back in, but i refuse to go back to an environment that has destroyed my skin and made me feel uncomfortable. I rather not go back and inform others of this treatment

   Just had another haircut by the wonderful Dorina. Yet again, she has done the most amazing job on my hair! I can’t praise this lovely lady enough. The whole experience of going to Sheer Bliss is a little bit of luxury, beautiful decor and very attentive staff.

   Today I received such an amazing treatment from Mehtap, we done a cut restyle and blow dry, she was so accommodating and left me feeling so amazing.    Excellent experience. Blow dry by Mehtap - very skilled hairstylist. I have very frizzy, difficult hair and as always wonderful, professional results. The front of house staff are exceptionally accommodating as I typically arrive without appointment and they always do their very best to accommodate which is not easy because they are very busy, and understandably so.

   I love this salon. It’s so close to my house and they’re so nice in there, always offering coffee, tea and biscuits. They do such a lovely job, colouring my hair!! I’m so happy with the results. This time I had a new hairdresser called Mehtap. Not only did she do a great job colouring my hair, hear head massage was above and beyond. Would highly recommend!!
