   Great service by the team here at Barrhead 2nd time we've used them to book our holiday. Last time Lindsay helped us to book our first foreign holiday in 14 years. This time Mackenzie helped with the booking process. We had seen a few places we were interested in and after a week of deliberating we decided on it. We nipped in another travel agents in Wigan who for the same holiday wanted 400 more than what Barrhead could get it is for. (Agent commission). Plus they couldn't do a weekly payment system like Barrhead. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team here always friendly.

   Really disappointed with the service provided by them. Went to change some holiday money as the exchange rate was good, was then told they will contact me when the money arrives. Long story short, phoned them after 10 days as I had not heard anything, only to be told, I don't understand why they didn't contact you. Was then offered to place the order agian at a much worse exchange rate that I had originally placed an order to. Ended up leaving it as would have left me out of pocket..... Will never use them again as feel like I was ripped off for a mistake that they made.....

   I recently booked a cruise to the Carney Islands with Barrhead Travel and it was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they managed to get me a great deal. Not only was the cruise itself a perfect holiday, but the staff at Barrhead Travel were so helpful that I have already booked two more cruises with them for 2023. I can't recommend Barrhead Travel enough, they made booking a cruise so easy and stress-free. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service is second to none. Thanks Barrhead Travel!
