“My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner and we had the most wonderful evening! Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated immediately. For starters we had calamari, focaccia and olives - all were delicious! Our mains, the pizza and steak were equally yummy. The highlight of the evening for me was when the waiters brought out a cake and sang happy birthday. Thank you so much to all the staff- you were so friendly and professional, and you made my birthday very special. Grazie mille!”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

“Stayed here for 2 weeks and that is my second 2 week stay this year. First week the room was small, like Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs small but had all the amenities still. Was clean, well stocked and did exactly what I needed it to do but was too small to relax in after a hard day's work. I didn't dine in the restaurant, not because the food wasn't nice, I ate in their on my previous visit and it was delicious but I did venture out this time. The second best bit about the stay? Breakfast, not only was breakfast delicious, always well stocked but they REALLY need a new coffee machine! The number 1 thing...CAROL K...She was outstanding! SOOOO funny, but lovely too. Made coming down on a morning a pleasure. No plans to go to Manchester again soon but would happily stay there to go and see Carol K again.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable, basic amenities, bed very comfy. The house keeping was very good. The location for MRI hospital could not have been better. 10 minutes walk away. Local amenities good, petrol station, tesco, subway etc. Parking at the back of the travel lodge at a very reasonable price.”

“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”

“great parking, nice staff, and most importantly, decent scran. loads of salad to choose from if that's your thing, and a really tasty doner kebab. one single point lost for playing tiktoks out loud on the tv. i felt like i was on the bus with a mindless 2020s child, but aside from that, really good, well done guys!”

“I was very wary that this place was a scam but I can assure you that no hard sale was given and all promises were kept. If you do not like what you see then you just walk away after the presentation and say no thank you. For us at the present time the pitch was not something for us but we are looking forwards to the free week holiday and maybe in the future it will be something we are interested in. We was also given £75 of tesco vouchers to spend. John and Jamie our agents were fab. Thank you both and thank you clc for our week holiday which is already booked for June next year to Costa del sol :)”

“Such a lovely place to see Alpacas up close. Claire was really knowledgeable and the alpacas were really friendly. Lovely setting too. Easy to find with what 3 words. Great to be able to feed the animals and stroke them. Claire clearly cared a lot about the animals and making sure they were well fed, clean and looked after. Good value for money in a group.”

“Couldn't get through to our normal pizza place this evening. My friend had mentioned Twelve previously so we decided to try it and were very impressed. As others have said, staff are friendly and the food fresh. It is also the best pizza I have had for years - certainly the best I have had in the UK. “Another wonderful stay at the beautiful Rushop Hall this Easter holidays. We'd previously stayed here twice before in the bedrooms above the dining area of which both rooms were relaxing, comfortable and beautifully decorated. This time we'd decided to try the Pepper Pot, and we were blown away with the high standard. Particularly the attention to detail of this little cottage and the sheer comfort it provided us for our two night stay. Jan & Neil are amazing hosts, and provide you with exceptional customer service. Which has the right balance of being very welcoming but allowing you, your personal space-Really love this about them. Nothing is never too much trouble, so please ask them! Breakfast is delicious and beautifully cooked. Loved the additional fresh fruit & yogurt etc. Location is perfect, remote and relaxing with stunning views. Perfect surroundings for a wonderful nights sleep and of course beautiful views to wake up to in the morning. Thank you for making our stay just as delightful as it was 7 years ago. “We had breakfast today at Royal Restaurant they gave us a delightful experience with its great service. The menu features both traditional and contemporary cuisine making it a wonderful choice for ANY occasion. The flavours are well balanced and the presentation is visually appealing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and great taken care of. We ordered Aloo Tikki Sandwich OMG super hit trust me was delicious and we had omelette and paratha that was delicious too authentic plus crispy not oily at all... I We will definitely be coming back here again and would recommend this place to anybody.”
