I won’t say too much at this moment in time but the service at this branch is abysmal. You arrange a booking then after paying for everything……they move the goal posts and won’t admit they have made a mistake.
They have a bureau de change in there yet it is always complicated to get access to it or get the service it should provide. They often have no staff to man it and today, they did not even have £130 cash to give me in exchange for my remaining euros. This is pretty poor and I have never seen this in a bureau de change.

I found a holiday with Jet2 on line but still went to Hays in Westhoughton to book it through them. Hollie pointed out something I had missed and booked it all for me and it ended up cheaper than if I had done it myself. I will continue to use them. Very helpful and friendly team
