“We came in yesterday with a vague idea of what we wanted for our honeymoon, but it required multiple bookings, so we hoped Virgin may be able to help and arrange it all for us. We were greeted by a lady called Nicole, and provided with drinks and cake upon arrival. Nicole was incredibly helpful. She's very well travelled and took so much time to piece together our honeymoon ideas. In store she explored many different options for us and created a comprehensive quotation for us to consider which was emailed to us. In the meantime we did some research into other possibilities, emailed Nicole and she was so quick to amend each quote for us. “I had a great stay at this hotel before my flight from Manchester Airport. It was super convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really made the experience, though, was the excellent service. Faizan, in particular, was fantastic. He handed me my key and was so friendly and approachable, which I really appreciated. As a nervous flyer, his ability to communicate and just talk about things really helped take my mind off my worries and made me feel a lot better about the flight ahead. If you do not like what you see then you just walk away after the presentation and say no thank you. For us at the present time the pitch was not something for us but we are looking forwards to the free week holiday and maybe in the future it will be something we are interested in. We was also given £75 of tesco vouchers to spend. John and Jamie our agents were fab.
