   Recommended to Hays and particularly this branch in Horwich by my brother in law, who lives locally.. Met by smiles all round and immediately sat in with "Clare." She was delightfully personable, extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and ultimately made us feel very reassured that our holiday was well taken care of.
