Katie Lowe; was so attentive to our needs, she found us a really good deal and was patient and sincere during our booking process. It was lovely to speak with her- much better than the usual Bot service you get nowadays. We are so looking forward to our cruise, and we have Katie to thank for that. X

   Called twice and provided lots of information to enable the agent to provide a quote for a not insignificant cruise (10-12 night cruise, 3 people, single supplement, suites etc etc). Was told I'd get a call back that evening but nothing. Gave it a day or two and called back again, spoke to someone else, provided all the information again as my first query was never logged. Supposed to call back, nothing yet again! There isn't a third time that I will call. This company do not deserve to receive my business if you can't even call back and provide a quote.

   We’ve been booking our cruises through Cruise118 for a number of years now and have always had a fantastic experience especially thanks to Kym she is genuinely brilliant. She really takes the time to understand what we’re looking for, and always finds us the best possible deal. Kym is incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient nothing is ever too much trouble. Her communication is excellent every email is answered quickly and she always explains everything. The level of customer service we receive from Cruise118 is second to none, and it’s because of people like Kym that we keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone.

   A diamond service from Joanne. I have used 118 on a number of occasions pre and post Covid. They are brilliant at responding to a brief, supplying the correct documents and supportive when things have gone wrong (e.g lost airline baggage). They are patient and helpful when we needed to make amendments to the booking and linking up to other families we have then decided to travel with. Thank you!

   Gill Potter found us a brilliant deal that balanced the needs of our group, without breaking the bank. I highly recommend calling this agency, they were able to identify the perfect cruise in 15 minutes, whereas I'd spent at least 5 hours, all added up, to return a result nowhere near as good. Gill was friendly, efficient and effective; cruise118 is lucky to have her. As a first cruise, I have no doubt I'll be calling Gill again next year to book another!

   Absolutely terrible service, asked for more money after making booking, did not transfer the gratuities that we paid them to the cruise company , made our holiday ful of stress. Will never use this company again , buyer beware.

   I would avoid this business like the plague, based on the experience of my parents who have spent thousands over the years on cruises booked through them. They had 2 cruises booked in 2023. My dad received a cancer diagnosis recently so they have sought to change the dates of these cruises. No empathy whatsoever, passing them from pillar to post, adding to their stress and anxiety. Cruises still not rescheduled, leaving them in limbo and very stressed out. Very quick to take your money but not so quick to help you when you need it. Plenty of other cruise companies around more deserving of your business.

   Had my deposit for a cruise for well over 3 years - tried numerous times to get reassurance it was going ahead this year - no phone calls back until I wanted to cancel - took all my deposit even though 25% of that was for flights they never booked. Totally disappointed- then rang me asking if I wished to book another one! Cannot believe how bad they are! Avoid avoid avoid!

1. Enquiries At SCMC ★☆☆☆☆

   This has been the most disappointing travel booking we have ever experienced. The service is fine when you are booking, but as other reviews state, as soon as they have your money they couldn’t care less. Have rang several times and been on hold for up to an hour with no response, I know they can be busy but every single email sent has also been ignored. It’s a simple query that someone could resolve for me in a few minutes but they have shown a total disregard, so I will never book with them again.
