    We used Six star for the first time this year, our experience was excellent. We booked quite late but the agent made sure we experienced all the restaurants on Splendor ( first time with Regent too) by booking reservations for us. Also, they helped us through the tour booking process. This all resulted in having a wonderful experience. I emailed the agent a couple of times before we went with queries and they even replied when they were out of office. Would definitely use again.

    I wish I could rate 0. AVOID. NO customer service, NO voucher, refunds or cancellation policy. Our experience with six Star cruises was a disaster. We were supposed to cruise with SILVERSEA 10 nights in February 2024 (WOR-131699). Unfortunately, I got a serious illness 3 weeks before and we had no choice but to cancel our luxury cruise. I then realised that Six Star cruises (Donna Worsnip) lied to us twice. First, she lied by telling us that the final payment was due in November 2023 but claimed it earlier in the beginning of September and did not want to budge. Secondly, she always assured us that if we had to cancel the cruise for an unforeseen situation, we will get a full price voucher for an other chosen cruise. Six Star cruises did NOT give us a voucher. We lost ALL our money. I was in a vulnerable situation and they took advantage of it. Shame on them! Their REFUNDS/VOUCHERS/CANCELLATION policies are non existent, unprofessional and unethical. A truly horrible customer service.

    We have used Six Star Cruises a couple of times, but unfortunately they seem to have gone off the boil recently. I am writing this whilst waiting in position one in a queue to speak to someone (so far 11 minutes and counting!) I have a current booking with them and emails are also never answered within a reasonable time. I think my current booking will be my last! I’m still waiting after a week for a reply from their customer service department about communication issues - how ironic!

    I dealt with Scott Perry for my recent special holiday in January, 2023. Not only did Scott exceed my expectations with his customer service, he made sure I got the best deal with the best price and without trying to pressure me to book. My experience with six star cruises is far superior to the experience my friends had with their travel company. If you want the best then ask for Scott at Six Star

    Extremely impressed by the way my call was handled and Scott managed to answer all the questions that I placed. I said that I needed to discuss with my husband and we agreed that he would ring back the next day. Scott asked a colleague to ring me to explain that he had been held up and would be ringing me very soon. How many companies actually ring back when they say they are going to. Lovely friendly people to deal with. This is my first booking with Six Star and if this is anything to go by we will be booking with them again. Cant wait for May 2022 and my birthday cruise.

    Having cancelled three holidays in 2020, including one cruise, my wife and I couldn't wait any longer. As soon as the availability and safety of the vaccine was announced, my wife was straight on line to see what was happening in the world of cruise holidays. This led her to checking out Six Star Cruises where she found the perfect Mediterranean cruise to celebrate her birthday next August. This also resulted in finding the perfect person at Six Star to handle our requirements. Her name is Maura McKenna and she too is worthy of six stars. Nothing was too much trouble, she spent time with us and, as promised, contacted us on two further occasions by telephone to clarify a couple of points we had raised. An excellent company that clearly has well trained, knowledgeable and polite staff.

    Having been chasing our tails trying to rebook a cruise with Iglu, we gave up and went to Six Star Cruises instead. We have been dealing with Stacey who has been very helpful and efficient and has dealt with all the details that we have been able to book so far. As it is two yeas away there are a number of details outstanding left to arrange, but we feel confident that Stacey will guide us through our best choices as and when they become available.
