   Never have any staff around and when you do eventually talk to someone, they say they'll be right back but run off... Probably the worst trainer store you can visit, easier to shop online

   Today I visited to the store, I wanted to buy the product cost £150 , I asked till and gaming staff to help, they said they are sending someone, they continue their talking, I keep my eye on them , didn't informed anyone, I found one staff , a new girl was there , she tried alot to help , left store spending 35 minutes of time without buying anything, so disappointed, I am also working in retail, never expected this kind of behaviour from the staff... Thanks to the new staff you are very kind and nice ....but from others it was very irresponsible, if it is weekend I can understand on Monday when less customers around, it is so irresponsible, bad behaviour...

   Extremely Disappointed with Refund Policy and Customer Service I recently purchased two identical pairs of sandals in different sizes from Sports Direct for my daughter, intending to keep only the pair that fit. I clearly told the cashier at the time of purchase that I was buying both to try at home. No one mentioned that I would not be able to get a refund if one pair didn’t fit. When I returned the unused pair in perfect condition, I was told that I could only receive a voucher, not a refund. This policy was never explained to me, either verbally or visibly in-store. I find it unacceptable and misleading. I do not want a voucher, as I may never shop here again, and it's easy to lose or forget it over time. I simply want my money back for a product I returned in good faith and unused condition. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Poor customer service and a refund policy that feels unfair and outdated. I won’t be shopping at Sports Direct again, and I would not recommend them to others.

   Some of the staff at this place are rude. I was buying some shoes, the man who was helping me with the shoes (good service from him) told me that he'll take the shoes to the till. After waiting in a long queue to the till, the lady at the till said that the shoes are not there. When I said that they have to be here as I saw the man bringing them in she tried to get rid of me by saying: "there is a long queue behind you" (like it's my fault that she messed up). After a lot of going back and forth telling her that the shoes are definitely there she eventually found them - clearly they were there all the time. Did she apologise for her mistake? No, of course not. Did she at least say "Thanks, bye" at the end - no, she didn't. I normally don't leave negative reviews but it's already 3rd time that I thought the staff at this place needs to learn some manners. Some of the people working there (not all of them) definitely should not be working in customer service.

   This store recently opened, in all honesty much prefer the big store near the cinema. It’s a nice store, friendly staff just isn’t very big so might not get everything you want. The store is well structured, everything is very clear and concise, especially love the toys and video game section, felt right at home. Purchased quality swimming trunks, water bottle, gym bag for the local spa.

   I was looking for some staff to help me , but non were around, went to the cashier and one staff member immediately came to help me and find the correct trainer size. Cas the sales assistant is superb and a great asset to the company. His colleagues need to measure their customer skills by him, as Cas is a model sales assistant everyone there should try emulate. No doubt a future CEO.

   Worst service was told If I spend £100 I would get £20 voucher for next time I shop. Because I had an exchange on it won't let me have it even though I asked and they said I need to spend £10 more to recieve it. I then said to the manager take the exchange back off and do it separately as my jumper and top was over £100 then do the refund as a credit as I would use it. Refused all solutions and staff tried to tell the manager imran but all he did was shut you down and say he takes responsibility rather than fixing solutions.

   I very rarely go to the High Street but I thought I would visit this new Sports Direct store to get a Football shirt for my son and to have a players name and number printed on it. The staff that I spoke to were incredibly unhappy and clearly did not want to be there. I was advised they could not print the name and number there and then and that it would take 48 hours as it needs to dry! Was he planning on hand painting the name and number on the back? I was then taken to speak to the person who does the name and number printing and he said he won't do it as he was closing the shop down (The shop was not closing for 2 hours and 18 mins)! He was honestly one of the most unhelpful people in retail I have ever come across! I have his name if any of the Management at SD would like it. I went to another store the next day (NOT A SPORTS DIRECT) and guess what? They printed it there and then! I even timed it! it took a grand total of 8 minutes!!!! 8 MINUTES!!! They say the high street is dying, based on this experience I am not shocked. Lovely store which has had a lot of money spent on it but its the people that make it and on this showing, I will not be rushing to a high street store anytime soon.

   Hi everyone I visited the store on Tuesday earlier this week,I wanted a pair of shoes in the junior section so I asked this blonde girl for them so I asked her if they got it in that size and she said no in a very rude manner,I asked her if there’s any other pair of shoes similar to the one I wanted for my son and she didn’t even bother she just walked away. Sports direct need to teach these young employees good customer service because that was very poor. I’ll never be shopping here again…
