   I Had worst experience here during shopping today. One of their staff (a big lady) pointed me out in front of other customers saying ,"why you're trying these items and putting back?" which was embarrassing, I was having a look on some jackets trying to get my perfect size. I already had 2 items on my hands to buy and I'm a regular customer there. Just because of her behaviour my mood ruined all sudden. I didn't argue with her and calmly managed the situation. I was with my cousin he's just 9 years old and felt very bad due to her behaviour, he was asking me again and again," why she starred at me? Why she was rude, what I've done wrong". I never meant to write this but I have to write because of the embarrassment I faced, I don't want anyone to feel same at that store. To Sports Direct, do I not have any right to choose before I buy? And please teach her how to be polite and have patience. I wasn't stealing I was looking to buy. If she could have said those words politely without creating any drama I wouldn't give bad review. Thank you!

   Very unprofessional staff at the counter who served me, very rude, I just bought a pair of shoes in store after seeing it online which was £25 I asked her it says £25, so had come to pick it up myself, but she charged me £37 I told her I don't need it and to refund me, if its like that she said no refund, but to buy anything else of that cost, she said if u saw it online for that price go get it from online, and dont come to the store, which was very rude of her. How does Sports Direct company hire such rude people in their store? Would not recommend anyone to buy shoes from this store.

   Very disappointed with the service at Sports Direct Hounslow. I asked a staff member before buying an ankle support whether I could get a refund if it didn’t fit, as they didn’t have the small size available. I was told clearly that a refund would be fine. When I returned the next day after trying it on and finding it too big, I was suddenly told they only offer exchanges and no refunds. The assistant manager simply advised me to complain if I wasn’t happy. Completely unacceptable — customers should not be given incorrect information just to secure a sale.

The store feels expansive yet well-sorted, so you can easily find items like trainers, bikes, or workout wear in no time. There’s a good range of mid-tier brands, and discounts make some deals a can’t-miss. Store layout is practical though can feel busy at peak times. Helpful staff make checkout smooth. An excellent all-rounder for sporting needs.

   Avoid Sports Direct Hounslow at all costs. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at this store are shockingly unprofessional, rude, and completely uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait ages for assistance, even though the store was practically empty. Every time I asked someone for help, they either ignored me or brushed me off, acting like I was an inconvenience. It’s clear that customer service means nothing to this team. Their arrogant attitude and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable for any retail business. I left the store feeling frustrated and angry, and I will never spend my money here again. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. Sports Direct Hounslow is an absolute disgrace.

   Untidy shabby store. Very rude manager, very poor service. Don’t buy from here if you expect to be treated like a human being should you have the occasion to make a return. They are aggressively anti-refund and will only give a voucher: or nothing at all, even if goods are faulty. Very poor. It is not worth their fake “reduced” stickers to shop here. Avoid.

   over the weekend I was shopping at sports direct and was helped by a young girl with blue eyes and blondish/brownish hair. she had very lovely customer services skills and supported me with finding comfortable gym clothes! 10/10 experience all thanks to her/ give her a pay rise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this store has become my go-to sports direct because of her. than yoy very much!

   Good place to buy sports items. Nice options available for shoes, sports clothes and winter jackets. Swimming suit and set are available for kids and adults. Very cute fancy gears available for kids. The customer service isn’t great, you need to find the things and sizes yourselves. There are mix and match offers on many stuff but you need to pay attention to details as they would be some disclaimers, I had to go to till and then re select
