Ordered takeaway for family of 8 for celebration meal. Food was amazing and felt like having a restaurant in your home. So much nicer than your average takeaway.
Went for a family meal to celebrate the baby's first birthday. Staff were really friendly and even brought out a cake and a candle to celebrate. Prices very reasonable. Definitely will return again and would highly recommend!
Popped here on a whim. Being a wednesday evening it was quiet. Service was quick and really friendly without feeling "false". I started with the prawns which were delicious and lovely with the warm bread The lamb liver main was equally tasty. Servered with rice and chips. Soooo nice to get proper, old school chips too!! Very filling and reasonably priced at £30 per person. Definitely recommend
We ordered a takeaway which was very nice. Never the same as eating in, but still excellent. Prepared on time for collection and very friendly and helpful - offered to help me carry some of the bags. I didn't need to take up the offer but it was very much appreciated.
A party of 12 early evening. Great choices on the menu. The Calamari starter was cooked perfectly, while the Lamb chops were to die for. Personally I shared a Meze, which is terrific, as you get such a variety of great tasting food. Service was faultless and so friendly. Will be one of my regular haunts.
Today I rang the owner of the Mythos restaurant asking him if he would kindly give me their ouzo chicken recipe . I had eaten it a few months earlier and found it to be delicious, and I wanted to cook it for my elderly brother who has been rather poorly of late. Not only did he give me the recipe, he generously gave me a large container of the sauce which the chicken is cooked in. He even offered to come to my home and cook the meal free of charge. I didn't take him up on his offer as I really enjoy cooking, but what kind person he is. I hope his restaurant thrives, because people such as he are special. So come on everybody not only is both the food and ambience great, but you have the opportunity to reward a thoroughly decent man
From the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. The food was fantastic and the chef very attentive, he even came and set my saganaki on fire. A wonderful relaxed homely atmosphere.
Highly recommended. Staff are wonderful, felt very looked after! Food was delicious! We decided to get the Meze for 2, we were so full from the 1st course we struggled with the 2nd course as there was so much food, all tasted fresh and just absolutely yummy!! Advise to book a table as we arrived at 530 and it looked like they had quite a few reservations already by the time we had left the restaurant was busy!
