   We were looking for a pair of trainers for my elder daughter as a beginner runner. Ting was really knowledgable and professional, gave a lot of useful recommendations with her own experience. Will definitely go back for the second pair of trainers.

   I’m very dissatisfied with my experience at this store. On my first visit, I made it clear that I was a beginner looking for a pair under £100. The female staff member immediately told me it was impossible to find anything in that range—even though I had seen plenty online for as low as £70. After I said my budget she just didn't want to show me shoes. When I asked for other options, she kept dismissing me by saying “it’s not your gait type” or “we don’t have your size”. Only when I showed her the exact shoe on their own website is my gait type, did she finally bring it out. The whole process felt rushed, and I ended up buying a pair for £100 without feeling properly supported. The next day, after doing my own research, I realised the shoes I bought were too firm for me. When I went back, I paid an extra £20 to exchange them for a different model. On top of that, she didn’t even bother to analyse my run on the treadmill the second day—despite me already having paid £15 for a gait analysis, which wasn’t very thorough in the first place. She was so disinterested during the whole process. Many other running shops provide gait analysis for free whether or not you buy the shoes and with much more care. Overall, it felt like she was more focused on pushing a sale than actually helping me as a beginner runner. I would only recommend going here if you already know exactly what you want to buy and don't need a gait analysis.

   Great service - team was patient and knowledgeable but not "pushy" . Selection was just enough ie choice of 3-4 but not 15 (would be overwhelming for a novice like me). And there was a bit of sales on too so great to have a good price points.

   Everyone in this shop is fantastic. Magda spent over an hour with me trying various running shoes until I found my ideal shoe . As a new runner I have been in the shop on numerous occasions now and have had brilliant advise and encouragement from everyone. I can see they don’t have stock of everything but you can just order online for next day delivery . Massive thanks to everyone at the Kingston shop as I now have entered my fist half marathon and look forward to popping in again soon .

   First time going to Runners Need. They were great, very friendly staff and had a nice chat. They checked my running to help find the best possible shoes for my needs. Overall my experience at this store was the best I have had for finding running gear and will come back here next time. Would recommend to anyone interested in fitness and looking for a good pair of running shoes
