   Just returned from a private 3 day trip using Hattons. I honestly can't praise them enough. Mark our driver was fantastic such a good driver, excellent sense of humour and extremely accommodating. Layla our courier just couldn't do enough for us. Constantly making sure everyone was okay. Can't recommend them highly enough

   I used a coach with this company for a university field trip and lost my headphones, but I rang up and the woman was very helpful and friendly, ended up finding them and I was able to pick them up. Great customer service and would recommend.

   The 133 bus service from Waterloo is appalling. I work in Maghull and live in Kirkby. On too many occasions the. Bus just doesn’t turn up or arrives very late. Tonight the driver missed out the whole of Westvale and told everyone that needed to go to Westvale to get of at the Kirkby town centre. The weather was horrendous and I was already cold and wait from waiting for the bus to arrive. The schoolchildren who travel on the route to Kirkby rely on this service and it just isn’t fit for purpose. I intend to make a formal complaint.

   Great coach holidays and day trips I'm going with them to Blackpool this Monday to Friday they pick you up at your front door you don't handle your case til it's in your hotel room the coach sells sandwiches hot and cold drinks even beers wines and spirits all the staff are really helpful from the staff in the office when you book to the drivers and couriers all polite and go out of their way for you thanks hattons xxx

   Hi My wife and I use Hattons travel daily on bus route 297 as we reside in Knowsley Village but recently my wife lost her bus pass thinking she may have dropped it on bus. I telephoned Hattons Travel to see if it had been handed in to driver, and gentleman with whom I spoke to said somebody would call me back after enquiring when all drivers had returned to Depot. Never received the call back, disappointed to say the least. Paul Dunne
