   ​"I'd like to say that the Tesco Pharmacy team at Hattersley branch are literally amazing. They go out of their way to source my prescriptions. ​They always keep me informed of supplier issues with my medication requests, and even help me with suggestions to go back to my G.P. with. ​They are a pleasure to deal with for over-the-counter questions. I'd give them 10 stars if it would let me. ​They are a friendly and helpful team; even when stressed and in pain, they are amazing, have empathy and give reassurance. They are a credit to the Tesco brand."

   The pharmacist makes things incredibly difficult and makes her own rules. Had to go to Asda nearby who were excellent.

   I booked a flu jab 3 days ago and arrived to be told by an unapologetic pharmacist that they had none in stock. She was supposed to phone round to let customers know but didn't have time. Three days was not enough time apparently. It's completely wasted my time. Terrible service

   Although I haven't had cause to visit this pharmacy for quite some time I well remember the appalling service. I'm often totally ignored, left standing, waiting to be acknowledged. Oh yes, they do know I'm there because I can see their sidelong glances. Most of the staff seem to feel they're doing you a favour just by being there. They huff and puff almost audibly, and I can almost hear them say its all too much trouble. On occasion my prescription has been lost and so I have to request another. Other times the meds aren't in stock which involves a return trip. We've had our flu jabs there and lived to regret it. As well as our pre-arranged appointment being "lost", the pharmacist on duty was quite vicious when she stuck the needle in my arm! No excuse for this sort of behaviour. I have spoken to the store manager about these problems but nothing changes. Except for one thing.... I've moved and no longer have to see their bored, can't be bothered faces!

   Booked to go for a flu jab today. You can imagine my thoughts when I arrived to find the store is closed today. Great job allowing your online booking system to schedule an appointment when you're not even open!

   They never have the correct drugs in stock, always have to 'ordrer' something in. Tell you to come back next day and then no one knows anything about your prescription. Different staff every day. Tell you to ring before calling and then nobody answers the phone. Tesco really need to sort this department out. It's a mess.

   Useless, misleading opening hours, they dont open on time either, poor management. Go to a different one dont waste your time

   The pharmacy never has anything in stock and the staff do not tell you the truth if when they have not ordered your medication. The only good point is they are open late .
