   I rung 5 chemist and didn't have 1 of the items I needed, so I came here and got it ,Amazing , Malik gave me outstanding service and I didn't have to wait long for my prescription, I would definitely recommend It

   I searched 30 different stores for calamine lotion for my nephew who has severe chicken pox. A then fell upon this place. The gent serving was absolutely lovely, he’s a lone worker on a Sunday night and doesn’t need to be open on a Sunday night. That puts him above the rest anyway, but his mannerisms and customer service were absolutely above and beyond. And the price was amazing too!!! Thank you!

   I was sat in the pharmacy and witnessed the most aggressive and rude interaction with a pleasant, non-aggressive lady customer. This pharmacist should listen to the other 1 star reviews and not dismiss them because after what I witnessed I believe all of them. The 5 star reviews are more likely to be fake. Please avoid this pharmacy, which is what I will be doing.

   The best bit about this pharmacy is that they are open for long hours and therefore really convenient for prescription pickups. Downside: Probably the slowest pharmacy in the world! They don't prioritise customers at the counter and keep filling up prescriptions for deliveries while people wait in queues. Most days it takes anywhere between 5-10 minutes to serve a single customer. I have no idea why they take so long : never had such an experience with the staff being consistently slow. Moved over to Tesco Pharmacy : almost sure they don't handle the same volume of prescriptions but I get the medicines with zero wait time. It's a shame too, the staff seem really nice otherwise.

   Hi, I would like to take this time to thank the staff.. especially afternoon staff for being so kind and helping me. The woman I spoke to on the phone on Tuesday 26th August at 7.30pm had my prescription ready for me in 30 minutes. When I came to collect it, she was very kind to me... A kind, sweet girl whom also helped me buy a variety of soothers in different flavours too Lol. Thank you to her I will have a nice night after her positive encounter. NICE PHARMACY AND FRIENDLY

   This is a brilliant pharmacy for me right next to my gp surgery. Always excellent service and very helpful and polite staff. Opening hours are also absolutely perfect. 10/5 stars from me.

   After a visit to out of hours with our 9 month old, and a diagnosis of an ear infection this pharmacy was open late and had stock of the antibiotics we needed which was a huge relief at 7pm on a Saturday evening as understand there is a supply shortage at the minute. A day or so later was back at the Doctors with baby as he had developed Croup and was prescribed oral solution steroids - out of 20+ pharmacies I rang in the area this was the only one to have any stock of what we needed. The pharmacist and all the staff are really friendly and helpful and think they need some additional praise in the current climate. Thank you once again for helping a mum in need.
