Don't know what has happened to this pharmacy lately. Had to go without medication every month for the last 4 months due to medication not getting delivered on time. They don't answer the phone especially on a Friday, rang 102 times one day and desperately needed my tablets for weekend but went without. Think it's time to go elsewhere.
Used to be a great pharmacy but trying to get through to them on the phone is ridiculous. Been trying for over an hour and phone just kept ringing. It's not the first time this has happened. Maybe if they did less talking and ignoring customers and the phone ringing which has happened when I've been in there.
Everything started off fine here including home deliveries. Then deliveries didn't turn up and I had to chase my prescriptions and some of it is heart medicine which is very important... it's also very very difficult to get through on the phone to enquire what's going on and that is unacceptable when taking into consideration it's someone's medication.. Is all getting rather slipshod and if it happens again I won't be using them any more..
Excellent pharmacy. Always have my prescription ready when I arrive to pick it up if not it's made up within 10 minutes. Friendly polite staff .
What a pleasure to go into a pharmacy and always treated with efficient, accurate and polite service. Having recently moved back to the area I asked locally for the best pharmacy and Penny Meadow was suggested many times. Thank you to all the staff members. You should all be proud to give such excellent service.

Idiots gave me one of my two items and ordered the other item. Came back next day (Saturday) and they gave the same item again and i had to go the weekend without my needed prescription. Then when I returned literally 60 seconds later the shutters were up and they wouldn't answer my knocking. Terrible, disgusting service Complete buffoons you should be ashamed of yourselves
Arrived to early to collect my prescription, but the lady had no hesitation in putting it together, always excellant service.
