   Service is slow and erratic, today they missed 2 items on my order from the doctor had to visit them twice. 12/9/2025 asked doc for 2 items and the "issued" 9th I tried to call chemist 10th to find if I could pick med up...no one picked up phone so I walked down....it took 15 mins before they finally got to me to advise 1 item not available and they could order for me to collect about 4.30 so asked them to call me when it was ready for collection NO CALL BACK!!! Went back today and no apology about no call back but at least they had my med. Don't use this chemist if you want a professional service..they are disorganised chaotic and you can stand waiting to be acknowledged ages before they "see you" (it's the only place I've ever felt invisible).

   This pharmacy is always delayed. Myself and family don't get our complete repeat medication packs ever, one or more always missing between the pharmacy and delivery. Whenever we tried call to complain, staffs are so rude and referred us back to surgery. The Pharmacist is always behind the door, you never get to speak to him/her. The worst of pharmacy my family ever used. What a shame

   I've given them so many chances but they never get it right. They never have my prescription in stock even if ordered a week or more in advance so you have to come back twice to pick up what's owed. They rarely answer the phone either so I can't check if my prescription is ready. I've also seen them remove price tags from prescription items so they can charge you more. I'll never use them again.
