   Terrible service. Left queuing for ages (20 mins) to simply pay for an over the counter product. While in there two people came back saying they had been given the wrong persons prescription.

   Waited exactly 10 minutes before I was actually acknowledged being stood there . The staff totally ignored customers waiting, I know they have to be focused when dispensing but found this very rude .

   If I could give less than one star I would. Phone generally rings out, or is answered and put down. They seem to think no one works and has the time to collect prescriptions over 3 separate visits. I've never known a pharmacy needing a week to order and prepare repeat prescriptions. Not everyone drives. How they expect elderly or immobile folks to get taxis on the off chance your prescription is ready. It's the luck of the draw. Maybe helpful if they had some Saturday opening times

   Had two prescriptions active. Asked to cancel one and they cancelled the wrong one by accident. Had to pay for two prescriptions and was told they can't switch it after lady on the phone told me I could prior to bringing it back. Worst pharmacy in the UK. Also took them 1 week to order it in.

   Shocking! I turned up to the pharmacy at 12:58 to see the shutter was halfway down and no signs around apart from one that stated the opening times from 08:30- 18:00. I returned at 13:30 after thinking they would be on lunch and the shutter was still half way down. After another 15 minutes I tried to call the store but no answer then when I tried to call again, the call was cancelled. At 14:22 the shutter finally raised and there was a sign on the window saying they would be on dinner from 1pm - 2pm! It would help if they actually had this on show and didn't go on dinner for over 1 hour 20 minutes!

   Fantastic pharmacy who really work hard to meet deadlines even when short on staff. Shame the doctors next door is not as good - avoid medlock vale at all costs
