   Unprofessional, unwilling to help and downright rude. Had the misfortune of needing to collect an urgent prescription within 15 minutes of their lunch hour beginning. Was looked up and down and given the hard stare by to elderly staff members who, quite frankly, are a bit too comfortable with their jobs. Was allowed in, only to have the door locked behind me and have staff shouting ‘don’t let anyone else in!’ After all this the pharmacist then refused to fill my prescription and told me to return in 2.5 hours. During which time I heard the staff openly discussing me in a derogatory fashion and decided to take my prescription elsewhere. One star is by far too generous. Best avoided!

   The staff are always very busy but kind and courteous. If patients follow the system of ordering repeats 7 working days before going to the pharmacy, the procedure is quick and efficient. The shop sells some excellent healthcare products, general body care and make up. I am very grateful for this pharmacy being in the village

   Possibly the worst Pharmacy ever - they are always out of stock of basic medicines, they never seem able to find anyone’s prescription and have to hunt for “emergency” prescriptions which have invariably never been made up once they finally manage to find it!! Someone seriously needs to go in here, put some proper systems and processes in place and train and organise their staff because most of them don’t have a clue what they are doing Truly appalling!

   I work as a carer, so I deal with a lot of pharmacies, I have to say that this pharmacy is by far the best I have ever come across in 15 years, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are all helpful and friendly and will do what they can to help you, I wish all pharmacies were like this one, as it would make my job alot easier, thank you to all the staff here!
