I've been with this pharmacy for a while now and I have had no trouble at all it's fantastic service all of the staff are great. Highly recommend
Would be great if after making a special journey that I hadn’t found the Chemist closed when arriving at 9:20 ! Usually this Chemist is reliable. Possible you need to call ahead to make sure they are open. You cannot rely on the internet saying they are open.
DO NOT USE Charge extortionate prices for basic over the counter medication. I got charged £11 for an own brand tablet that costs roughly £3 in another chemist. They are taking advantage and making huge profits from the general publics genuine medical needs.
Don’t bother with flu jabs or COVID jabs at this pharmacy. My wife and my self booked well in advance , took half a day off work and we turned up on time today(25/11/24). They then informed us they didn’t have any stock. What a complete waste of our time. Obviously their phones don’t work or they would have called us to cancel …..wouldn’t they ??? Poor service and poor administration. DON’t use this place
Always had my prescription delivered as it’s rather large and I’m elderly and poorly!As I hadn’t received it my son happened to be with me so went for it to be told they had stopped delivering to me as I had been out on 3 instances in 6 months!! Have you heard of anything as ludicrous as that!! This pharmacy good from bad to worse if that’s possible??When. I think of the number of times they are out of drugs!! Do they think about that?? Anyway if I can I’ll withdraw from them I will !!would not recommend!!
Very Slow. The staff appear to be doing thier best but by golly they don't half take their time serving customers. No other customers in and it still takes more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Really really poor service. Just seen the guide time above "people spend 20 minutes on average in the shop"
Very very slow service and long queues . If lucky one member of staff serving with two or three busy doing background stuff which is obviously much much more important. Rarely the same staff twice so sometimes pleasant sometimes surly. Probably surly because most customers are frustrated and fed up by the time they get to front of queue after being ignored by staff busy with other things. While waiting I often observe (and from personal experience) that they aren't stocking items on prescriptions. Good luck.
The new team at this store are an absolute joke. Tried 3 times to get a prescription, I am sick of being told they can’t do it due to being too busy or they are closing soon. Also they are getting prescriptions wrong, another customer had some tablets in their bag that were named for someone else.
Queued 30 minutes for a flu jab that I had booked to be told they weren’t doing them. No one contacted me. Wasted journey. Place is a mess, not able to find prescriptions. Go to Stockport Road branch, much more helpful.
Went for a flu jab, walked out as the place is filthy. Hasn't seen a brush or mop for months so how they expect to perform a clean injection is beyond me. Avoid, you have been warned.
