   It used to be an excellent chemist when David Scorah was there. It's dreadful now! The turnaround time for repeat prescriptions is ridiculous. And they always blame the GP! When you have the NHS app, you can clearly see when the prescription was approved, which is usually the same day, so their excuse is indefensible! I phone to ask if my drugs are ready, but recently they rarely answer the phone. So, to sum up, this Chemist is thoroughly useless and should be avoided at all costs. And now I'm voting with my feet & taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye & good riddance!

   I was in Scorah’s last week at 9.30 in the morning. The floor was shockingly dirty in the waiting area and all around the counter. The lady behind the counter was not rude but she certainly wasn’t welcoming. Needs improvement before I go back there.

   Arrived for my booster jab that I had booked, when I arrived I was asked to come back tomorrow as they had “run out of doses” but was then decided to be seen after saying no due to having to take time out of work for this appointment, which just proved I had been lied to and the staff were just trying to get rid of me to go home as I was the last appointment for the day. I then went to have my jab when I was poorly greeted by a very rude and hostile woman who made an already uncomfortable situation worse. When talking to the nurse she would not look at me, she did not greet me I was just told to “have my arm ready” …Due to a fear of needles I became fairly nervous and distressed to which the nurse sighed quite obviously towards me to imply she had no time for me and how I felt towards having the jab. I think this situation could’ve been handled a lot better than it was and I think insensitive staff who would rather get off home early should not work in a medical profession.

   I had my covid booster jab this evening with Gareth Bond and he was fab very gentle and reasurring. Very quick didnt have to wait long very clean, social distanced and everybody wearing masks felt very safe and hygienic and I would recommend to others.
