Booked in for a flu jab at 9.40am arrived at 9.35 am to be told its been canceled horrendous service..I have an extremely weakened immune system due to cancer treatment and came out in the using down rain to be told its canceled 6 mins before appointment.. disgrace
I had a wonderful experience with pharmacist Mohammed Ijaz. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to speak with me privately and really listened to my concerns. It made such a difference and turned my whole day around. Thank you, Mohammed, for going above and beyond. I hope you get the praise you deserve :)
The staff are always so kind and helpful, I've never had a bad experience. They listen and do everything they can to help their customers.
Went for scheduled Booster Covid jab but was met with large queue of walk- in customers merging with Pharmacy queue as well. Clearly the space they have will not take that number of people and the staff were struggling to sort matters out and keep people happy.The staff are to be applauded for managing to do their job but Well Pharmacy need to learn from it and re-arrange the premises to suit. No complaints about "jab" though.

The staff here are great. Definitely over worked and ridiculously patient. Lots of customers with no appreciation of how much work these ladies (mainly) have to do.
They seem pretty useless for Covid vaccines. When my partner (nurse who ran vax clinics in the past) went for her booster, the girl vaccinating did it almost superficially, and when she tried to talk to someone about how this is definitely not the guideline, they brushed her off. I booked mine there thinking that it was probably just a one off with someone inexperienced back when they were busy, but they cancelled my appointment a couple of days before. I think 2 strikes is enough to book somewhere else...
Has both of my COVID Vaccines here and the service was swift and smooth both times and the staff at the reception desk were amazing at explaining things and the system they had was very organised and moved things along. The people who did my vaccine both times were amazing and fast and smooth with explaining the after process and what to expect!
Only open during the week and closed on bankholliday if you want anything from here we have to plan in advance. Staff are very helpful and polite.
