   Obviously see customers at the counter as an inconvenience I waited to be served but nobody even looked at me never mind had decency to speak. I have just walked out and will not be returning absolutely appalled with the customer service.

   Very rude staff the woman at the front desk looks like she has no idea what she's doing most of the time I haft to go back because they always miss something. Please sort it out. Not a great pharmacy!

   The whole team work really hard in getting our monthly medications to us on time and we are always made to feel extremely welcome. The service here is very personal, professional and everyone is extremely helpful. Both of us are very grateful for all of your help and support.

   After a lady left my weekly meds kept being messed up by Adele.. I had delivery on a Monday and Tuesday. So checked my meds before and again an item was missing, so the chemist said they didn't get it( would of been nice to of been told that this morning) so talked to drs they said it was there they must of missed it and that they would drop it of on way home. So I rang up to say thank you. Then Adele started screaming at me calling me all names understand the sun... So my house mate had to take me in my pjs as I'm ill in bed. And said kicks of at me Threatening squaring up to me. Thanks for leaving me a mess my mental health has been so bad and now she has pushed me over the ed least you wil have one less person to deal with...I used to send chocolates in ect as a thank you but guess I'm to much of a burden for being ill...

   Rubbish staff gives you wrong medications no attention to details, unprofessional, and rude staff there are many other pharmacies in the area who treat locals professionally I'm glad we left them.

   Staff always go above and beyond to help... apsolutly lovely bunch of ladys .. from helping me deal with sorting prescriptions out with the doctors to advising me on other stuff .
