   Popped in for advice after suffering with flu over 10 days. Pharmacist was extremely friendly and helpful. Assessed me and I eventually left with an Antibiotics prescription and further advices. Could not have asked for anymore. Highly recommended pharmacist and staff.

   Was a good pharmacy, but over the last few months I have picked up my prescription and medication was missing on 2 occasions. They did not give me an owing slip, so I was unaware until I opened the bag at home. I understand there are some difficulties at the moment in sourcing some medication, but on both occasions they did not even let me know when I picked it up. I will be using another pharmacy from now on

   Extremely Rude staff. They treat you differently. No manner, many times I have made complaints no action has been taken. If they don't know how to speak with customer, they shouldn't be there. They are on wrong place .This staff definitely needs training HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. RUBISH STAFF

   I have only had my repeat prescription with wells for 3 months I moved my prescription to them because I had 7 different medications, from the very 1st month they were useless they never had my prescription ready and I had to ring my doctor to find out why it hadn't been sent to them!!! This was exactly the same for the other 2 months, all I can suggest is do not trust them they don't care!!

   Doc text me the day before and said my prescription for cream was ready at Wells.3 times I've been there today!!!.They used different excuses why prescription wasn't ready.Another lady in there had been 3 times aswell today.Fuming!

   This place is shocking, doctor put my prescription in on 17th rang up 2 days later still not ready rang up today 20th to be told come in later on today it's not been packed yet, no phone manners or customer service skills just the answer of another staff member in the background

   This is the worst chemist Iv ever used and a complete let down to the wells chain. The staff are rude and unprofessional, they never answer the phone and do absolutely nothing to provide a service. Prescriptions take forever and are frequently messed up and always late. Avoid this place completely! It should be shut down for incompetence alone! Please read other negative reviews both here and fb! See for yourself.

   Very unprofessional pharmacy now the long serving staff have left. Absolute chaos with seemingly moronic staff. Very long waiting times. Don't have the correct items in on a regular basis. Staff like to gossip and tell other people about your illnesses and private life. Double check what they give you as it may not always match what the doctor actually prescribes you. Plenty of other pharmacies in the area who are more than capable to deal with your prescriptions.
