A very pleasant experience. Helpful staff were able to get my prescription and it was ready for pickup in a day, instead of a week like in Boots. They were super helpful and even called up to check some details. I am pleasantly surprised and will be coming back when I need to!
Was told my online tablet order was ready to collect by 4 o’clock on Saturday. Was left waiting ages (until just before closing) because she couldn’t find the order. Finally got my tablets on Monday afternoon. The young man who served me was very helpful.
I meant to post this review a while ago, so I hope I get their names right. I went into Superdrug one day to pick up a prescription and was greeted at the entrance by James. We had a great chat for 5 minutes and he made me feel like there are still some friendly people out there. Thanks James. Then I went to the pharmacy counter and was served by Tejal (I hope I got that right). She was very lovely and didn’t rush me. She explained thing’s clearly and listened to what I was saying. Thank you Tejal. After that, I picked up a few items and was served at the checkout by the very lovely lady Isabelle. She was very friendly and signed me up for the rewards card. I couldn’t do it before because I was anxious that I was making people wait, but she calmed me and got it sorted. Thank you Isabelle. You guys turned my day around. X
Staff in superdrug always willing to assist and help where they can. They also have a great stock of different items and different names/makes. Could never fault superdrug. Especially since they have 2 in Stockport with pharmacists in both x
This superdrug has a friendly helpful , warm and relaxed atmosphere. All the staff i have encountered have been lovely and James and ste are always very welcoming. I just wish they stocked my fave "nails inc" nail polish so I never have to go to the other branch.
